Some homes just have a certain feeling that you only really get when you stand inside for a minute and look out at what is around you. This penthouse in Puerto Banús is a good example. I remember walking in and actually pausing for a bit by the huge windows. You see the Mediterranean stretched out in front and La Concha Mountain in the distance. It is so close to the water that you can actually hear the waves. The beach is just right there. Sometimes you will spot people heading out early for a run or families taking an evening walk by the shore, everything feels easy here. You can tell right away that the owners care about comfort and style, but not in a showy way. The place is fully furnished, and I have to say everything fits together in a way that just feels right. There is this soft light everywhere thanks to the floor to ceiling glass. The living room and dining area blend into the terrace almost without you noticing. You can almost imagine relaxing with friends out there, or just reading with the sea in front of you. The kitchen is not one of those spaces for show either. It is the kind of kitchen someone will use for a real family meal or Sunday morning pancakes. The big thing here is the terrace. I have seen a lot of penthouses but this one has a terrace that really makes you stop. It is huge. There are gardens on it, and sometimes you find yourself touching the plants just because they are there. There is a private pool outside too. The kind you end up swimming in before coffee or late at night under the stars. There are all these tucked away spots to sit with a book or even have a quiet cup of coffee in the sun. Honest truth, it feels a little like a holiday every day up here. Inside, you will find plenty of space for everyone. There are five bedrooms but you could easily make use of six or even eight if you want that family room or office set up. Each bedroom has that same easy feeling. Private bathrooms, tons of space, and the master suite has a view of the sea that almost steals the attention from everything else. You get a big dressing area in there and a bathroom that makes you want to slow down after a long day. Sometimes you almost forget your phone exists when you are taking it all in. Security and privacy are sorted here. There is a gated entrance and twenty four hour security. I pulled right into the underground parking without a single worry about the car. There is a direct lift so you just walk straight from the car to your home. There is a big shared pool in the complex too, but honestly, your private pool is usually enough. Location wise, you cannot get much closer to Marbella's best. Just a few minutes and you are in the marina where you can watch superyachts and maybe grab coffee at one of those little places that always smell like fresh pastries. Designer shops line the nearby streets, and you catch people dressed up for the evening going out for dinner or a drink. The best golf courses in the region are never far off either which makes weekends easy if you love to play. Living here you really do get the best parts of Puerto Banús. Beach mornings, shopping days, and evenings at a waterfront restaurant are all just part of the lifestyle. The truth is no description really covers it. Best to stop by, look around, and get a real feel for the place and the views. If you want to know more or just have a walk through, let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we like to make sure your next step feels simple and comfortable. Just reach out if it is on your mind.

8-Bedroom Penthouse for Sale in Malaga, Puerto Banús, Spain

Some places just make you pause at the door and look around for a moment because honestly they feel more like a retreat than a home. This six bedroom penthouse in Puente Romano on Marbella's famous Golden Mile is exactly that kind of place and I have to admit I ended up standing in the living room for longer than usual just staring at the sunlight drifting in. There's this soft sound of the sea outside and you catch the mountains in the distance. You really start to picture yourself sitting on that terrace with a cup of coffee or late dinner and the breeze coming in off the Mediterranean. The thing about this penthouse is how you get so much space but it never feels too big or empty. The two duplexes have been blended together really cleverly so you walk through and everything just flows. The main living space connects right up with the terrace. It's almost hard to tell where the inside stops and the outside begins. That's where I noticed how the floor feels cool under your feet even when the sun is out. In Marbella it can get warm but here it honestly just feels easy. There are six actual bedrooms here and each one is a bit special. I stood for a bit near one window and you could see the La Concha Mountain from the bed and it kind of makes waking up that much better. Each room has big windows for the views and even when the sea is quiet you can sometimes still hear the waves at night. It gives you this simple sense of being away from it all but still right in the heart of the Golden Mile. If you know Marbella at all you know Puente Romano isn't just about the address. You can walk down from your private elevator and find some of the best cafés a few minutes away or meet friends at the resort's tennis club. I sometimes see kids riding bikes along the promenade late in the day and once in a while there's live music from one of the nearby restaurants in the evening. It is lively without being loud. The kitchen is actually a spot you would want to cook in. Everything is modern and ready to go with Miele and Gaggenau appliances. There is space to really prep and take in the sea from the dining table. It's set up for proper dinners and even a quick breakfast feels good in there. You have these thoughtful details all over, like walk in closets in the master suite and this spa bathroom that looks out so you never really feel closed in. Upstairs, there's your own wellness area. Not just a typical gym tucked in a corner but a real fitness space with Technogym equipment and a heated pool where you can swim against a current. I never expected to see that in a penthouse. There's also a terrace on this level where the sunset seems to linger a little longer and the air feels different up there. You can watch the colours over the water and just unplug for a while. This spot has around the clock security and a concierge so you can come and go as you like, never having to worry when you travel. And if you care about dining out, nightlife or you want that classic Marbella beach walk, everything is right here just a short stroll away. It's the sort of place where it's hard to tell if the best part is the views, the design, or just how close you feel to everything without giving up your peace. Places like this do not come up very often in Puente Romano and sometimes a photo or a video just does not quite show you how it really feels inside. The only way to know if it fits you is to come and walk through yourself. If you want to talk about it or see it in person I am always around and happy to show you at your pace. At LuxuryProperty.com, we really just want to help make your next move not just easy, but right for you.

6 Bedroom Penthouse for Sale at Málaga, The Golden Mile

Some homes just have a certain quiet energy about them. This three bedroom penthouse at Puerto Banús in Marbella really gives you that first breath of calm when you arrive. I think it starts even before you get inside. There's a way the sea air moves around up here and the view just sort of pulls you toward the terraces. People say a lot about “unmatched sea views” but honestly, it's different when you see it for real. I stepped out onto the terrace and did what I always do in a place like this—leaned on the railing and watched the coastline for a while. You can see the blue stretching way out, broken up with white sails in the afternoons. Inside, it feels inviting right away. There's a sense of space but also warmth. You come in through an entrance hall that sets the mood and then suddenly you're in the living room and dining area, which are all open and flowing straight out to the big terrace. The doors are wide so when you have friends over or family around, you can just let everything blend together. That's probably my favourite thing—the indoor and outdoor spaces work together in a way that makes everything feel relaxed. Sometimes you find yourself just sitting outside with a coffee and forgetting you even meant to head out for the day. The kitchen here is separate, tucked to the side, and honestly feels like somewhere you'd really cook. Not just a backdrop for show. There's room to actually move around and you'll notice all the appliances are solid and up to date, nothing too fancy you'll be afraid to use. There's a little window that lets the light in but also means you can chat with people in the dining room while you prep something. It's the little things like this that make it feel like home instead of just another Marbella penthouse for sale. Bedrooms are upstairs and each one has its own feel. You'll notice straight away the custom wardrobes—they're just easy, no wrestling with drawers or hunting for somewhere to keep extra blankets. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, private without being too tucked away, and the third shares a family bathroom that feels just as nice. There's nothing hotel-like about it. It just feels like somewhere you or your guests can settle in and leave a book on the nightstand without feeling out of place. The upper level is where you'll probably spend the most memorable evenings. There's a private plunge pool—small enough for quick dips but honestly it makes you feel like you don't need anyone else around. Just you and the view. There's also a little day room up here with lots of glass and light. Sometimes people use it as a reading spot or even just a quiet pause between the busier rooms. Plus there's another bathroom and a second kitchen for snacks and drinks so you don't have to keep going down every time you forget something during get-togethers or lazy weekends. What gets a lot of people thinking about Marbella property sales is the lifestyle, right And here you get all the ideas you probably dream about—a gym downstairs that actually gets used, an indoor swimming pool that's warm in winter, and outdoor paths through gardens that are just green enough to make you want to go for a walk at sunset. The outdoor swimming pool winds around with palm trees and loungers, and sometimes you see kids floating by in the afternoons while adults read or talk quietly. It has that almost holiday feeling but people really live here too. You get proper security, which makes it easy to just lock up and travel if you want to. There's safe underground parking and plenty of room for guests to park off the street, so you aren't worrying about where to put everyone on weekends. Plus, being right in Puerto Banús, you've got the marina's shops and cafés always close. There's often a breeze carrying the scent of coffee and maybe you'll wander down to the water to see the boats before heading home to dinner. The truth is, some properties just feel simple and right. I always say you have to come walk through, look at the light and maybe watch the sea for a bit to really know. If you're curious or just want to ask something small, reach out anytime. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we're always happy to make the next step feel as comfortable as possible.

3 Bedroom Penthouse for Sale at Málaga, Puerto Banús

Some homes just make you slow down for a second as soon as you come in. This penthouse up in Puerto Banús does that. You step out of the elevator and right away you get this wide open feel, with that special kind of light that only seems to happen near the sea. To be honest I found myself just pausing at the window, watching as the boats drifted out on the blue water and the mountains stood solid in the distance. There is something about a place like this where you almost forget your phone for a bit and just lean on the terrace rail, taking it all in. Being able to call this Puerto Banús penthouse your own is a bit of a dream. It just has this everyday comfort that is hard to describe until you experience it. There are three proper bedrooms here. By that I mean bedrooms that do not just look pretty on paper. Each one is quiet, has its own bathroom, and opens straight out to a private terrace. I took a couple minutes to sit in one of those chairs and you really do feel the calm—no rush, no street noise, just the gentle sounds from the gardens below or an old plane tracing lines across the sky. The main suite has a bit of a tucked away feel and in the mornings you can see all the way down the coast before you even open your eyes. Closets are full height and actually useful, not just there for show. The lounge area is what stays in your mind. Sometimes these big spaces feel too polished and you wonder where you would put your feet up. Here it just feels inviting, with sofas that make you want to spend a lazy Saturday in front of the windows and there is this natural flow right out towards the main terrace. Plus if you have company it just makes sense—space for people to chat, not on top of each other, a corner for reading or maybe a board game night if you are that sort. The light through here changes all day and it always feels bright and a bit softer in the late afternoon. A lot of people ask me about kitchens and honestly this one is made for someone who actually wants to cook now and then. Quality appliances tucked away so it never feels too busy. The counters run along the sides and there is enough storage that you do not have to crowd anything. You stand here cutting lemons and look right out at the sea—it makes even a Thursday evening feel a bit special. Sometimes you get that itch to try a new recipe and the space honestly encourages it. There is a coffee machine and everything you need within reach yet nothing clutters up the workspace. Probably the heart of the home is that terrace. I mean, it really is generous. The pool catches the sun from morning until late and there are just enough built in planters to give you a bit of green. I sat on the edge for a while, just listening to the soft splash and could imagine a couple of friends over while someone is grilling in the barbecue zone. The air in Puerto Banús feels warmer than you expect and honestly it just makes you want to stay outside well into the evening. From here, if you look towards Málaga, you get a kind of rolling coast view that is just classic Costa del Sol. The place has all the practical touches covered. Air con that works quietly, heat pump for those rare cooler months, heaps of storage and a proper garage spot which is more important than you might guess. Built in the late nineties so you are getting solid construction and the building itself is kept in great shape. There is a well maintained communal pool and paths through gardens where you will see people strolling with their dogs or reading on a bench. The lift is fast and security is there without being in your face. Evenings around here have that easygoing Marbella vibe where you hear the laughter echoing faintly from the port and the coffee shop is never far for a quick morning pick me up. Puerto Banús just makes daily life feel like you are on holiday. Cafes are down the street and honestly it never takes more than ten minutes to find a fresh loaf of bread or a good café cortado in the morning. Sometimes you see whole families out biking in the late sun. Plus you are only ever steps from the beach when you decide to wander out. If you are into boating, the marina is right there. I always say these things are about feeling and this penthouse just has a calm honesty to it. The only way to really see if it feels right is to come walk through it yourself. If you want to talk details or set up a visit just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com, I am always here so your next move feels a bit more natural and easy.

Modern 3 Bedroom Penthouse Available in Puerto Banús, Málaga

Some places really do have a certain calm about them and this four bedroom penthouse in La Trinidad on Marbella's Golden Mile made me feel it right away. I stepped in and actually just leaned on the balcony rail for a bit. It's the sea stretching out forever and those green gardens below that make you pause. You can hear the breeze as it moves through the palm trees. Honestly, even though you're just a short walk from the beach and all the life of restaurants and boutiques, up here it is a different pace. It just feels like home, but quieter. The living room is bigger than you expect. It opens straight out onto that wide terrace where you catch the best of both worlds, looking over the pool and out to the Mediterranean. You'll probably end up spending mornings with coffee outside or maybe evenings just listening to the gardens settle down. There's plenty of space to have friends visit and you can move without bumping elbows. The dining area is right there, close to the action but still tucked in enough for a long chat after dinner. People always ask about kitchens and I like this one because it actually feels workable. You've got all the real appliances, not just the fancy labels, and if you ever end up with too many groceries or laundry after coming in from the beach, the utility room is handy. It may sound small, but it makes daily life easier. Three bedrooms on the lower level all have their own bathrooms, so nobody is lining up in the morning. The wardrobes have more room than you'd probably need unless you shop more than I do. Underfloor heating in all the bathrooms is a big plus, especially in winter when the mornings get chilly. Plus there's a guest washroom for when you're hosting. The staircase up is solid, nothing creaky. Upstairs is really the retreat. The main suite is big, no squeezing past beds here. I opened the doors to the second terrace and just let the sun come in for a bit. There's a feeling of privacy that's rare even in Marbella. En suite bathroom, more storage, everything feels built for real living. If you work remotely or just want your own escape at the end of the day, it works beautifully. Storage is sorted too. There's a storage room and two underground parking spots, which with Marbella's sun you will actually appreciate more than you think. The car stays cool, you stay happier. Walking around the community grounds, you'll notice parents on benches and some kids heading to the pool with inflatable toys. Seven acres of tropical gardens, all perfectly looked after. It's secure, twenty four hours, but the security is friendly and you barely notice unless you need them. The big pools outside and a heated one inside mean you can swim any time and the gym is fully kitted out for all the regular routines. On summer days, the café opens up and you might just sit outside after a swim, coffee in hand, watching the day slide by. The neighbours sometimes say hello, sometimes just smile. Because with only a small number of homes here, it feels like everyone values their privacy but also appreciates the quiet vibe. Some evenings you might hear a bit of music from a terrace or see a small birthday party, but overall it is definitely peaceful. And La Trinidad really does have this reputation for quality, you see it in the finishings and the way everything has held up since it was built. Just outside, you are close to iconic Marbella beaches, beach clubs for lunch or sunset drinks, supermarkets when you need to top up the fridge, and even bigger shopping or golf days in Nueva Andalucía or Puerto Banús. The old town is not far either, if you want a slow breakfast or a late dinner out. Honestly, I think you can read about a place forever and not really know until you step inside and feel it for yourself. If you're curious, or want to stroll around, just ask. We're always happy to help at LuxuryProperty dot com and want your next move to really feel right for you. Come see if this Marbella penthouse feels like home.

4 Bedroom Penthouse for Sale at Málaga, Marbella

Some places just have a way of slowing you down the second you walk in and I honestly felt that as I stood under the bright doorway of this four bedroom penthouse at Marea by Missoni in Costa del Sol. The first thing you notice is the hush, sort of like the sea air found its way inside. The space is generous but also feels calm somehow. That tall ceiling and all the natural light bouncing around in the open living areas just do something good for your mood. The view pulls you all the way in. Standing by the sliding doors I must have lost a few minutes just looking out. You get this real sweep of the coast running from Marbella stretching all the way to Gibraltar and sometimes you spot boats just drifting. The terrace is not just for show either. It is actually big enough to wander around or eat outside plus there is a private Jacuzzi tucked away on one end. I could imagine quiet mornings out there or even a night with friends where someone is always making more drinks and nobody feels like leaving. Inside you can tell Missoni had their say in every detail. Nothing feels fussy or overdone and there are plenty of those little textures and tones that make a place feel both smart and relaxed at the same time. You get that minimalist look but it still feels warm. The kitchen is the kind you actually want to use. I can picture friends talking in there while someone is cooking for real and not just heating up pizza. The bedrooms all have their own little peace and the light in every room is just right. Even the hallway feels inviting which honestly does not happen much elsewhere. So much is built for living well here. The gardens are green and look like they get enough attention without feeling too formal. Kids have their own splash spot nearby and the infinity pool is a dream for anyone who likes to float and watch the water change color with the sky. The gym is proper and not just a few machines tucked in some basement. If you play tennis the courts are right there and even if you do not you will end up wanting to try when you see them in the afternoon sun. The community is fully gated which gives peace of mind. There is this easy kind of privacy because of where it sits in Finca Cortesin and there is security around all the time but it never feels intrusive. I saw a few neighbors smiling and coming back from early swims so it has that friendly touch without feeling too busy. Plus there is an on site concierge so you can sort out bookings or deliveries without leaving the gate and there is underground parking also with real space for storage which you will end up using for bikes or beach gear and it just keeps life easy. Costa del Sol itself is kind of magic. On market mornings you can wander down for proper coffee or buy oranges right from the carts. Sometimes there are local food stalls that pop up by the plaza so even if you only mean to buy bread you end up trying something new. Plus Marbella is not far if you want more noise and energy or just a change of scene. This penthouse is off-plan which means you can actually watch your home come together over time and maybe add your own stamp if you want something personal. And honestly you have to stand in the place to feel whether it suits your pace. If you are wondering about the details or just want someone to walk you through what living here is really like you can reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com my only job is to help each move feel like it should be comfortable and natural. Come see if this one feels like home to you.

4 Bedroom Penthouse for Sale at Marea By Missoni, Costa Del Sol

Some places just feel like you could stay awhile before you have even taken your shoes off. This grand four bedroom penthouse at The View Marbella really does that. When you walk in you sort of notice the quiet. Even if your day has been full or the city is just humming outside somehow the view takes over. You see the blue stretch of the Mediterranean right through these huge windows. Sometimes on a clear day the outline of Africa actually shows up across the water. The afternoon I spent here I found myself just standing by the glass for a minute not really thinking about anything. It is almost peaceful in a way you do not find much anymore especially in Marbella. What sets this penthouse apart is how the spaces just work for real life not just for show. The living area is open and lets in a lot of light but it still feels like a place you could actually put your feet up at the end of a long day. I stood in the corner watching some sparrows land along the terrace wall and you really get a sense of how bright but never hot it feels. The glass pulls in all that golden sun but somehow does not trap the heat which I wish more places did honestly. It is quiet too. Even with Marbella not far away you really just hear breeze through the terrace or your own steps on these polished floors. There is this ease in how every corner feels finished but not fussy. Now if you care about kitchens as more than just something to walk past each morning this one might make you smile. It feels like you could chop vegetables and not run out of counter space. The layout actually gives you room to move without knocking elbows. You do not get those shiny bits that look nice but feel fragile. And you get to choose your finishes which is a nice touch. It feels like they want you to make it your own not just fit into some designer box. Bedrooms here are inviting with those soft corners and plenty of light. The built in closets are big enough for people who use their wardrobe for more than a holiday weekend. Every time I check out the main suite I end up staring a bit at how the sun seems to find its way in all on its own. Waking up to that first bit of daylight over the sea really is something. The bathroom gives spa vibes without being precious. Everything is solid and simple to use. One thing friends always ask about is the roof terrace. This one really stands out. I can picture everyone up here on a slow Sunday eating breakfast or having a laugh as the sun goes down. The view does not get much better. Some days you see Marbella glowing in the distance and some nights just a touch of music floats up from a beach club. But it never gets loud up here. There is space for kids to run where you can just relax and not worry. It is the kind of place neighbours say is always good for a sunset with a glass of wine if you feel like it. The penthouse includes smart features but nothing complicated or annoying. The air moves right and it keeps cool even on those warm Marbella afternoons. Everything here seems to be about making life easy rather than busy. Plus you have full access to a really good gym with trainers ready if you want. There is a big outdoor pool that is great for laps or just floating and an indoor pool that is nice when it is cooler out. Families will notice the kids area is much bigger than most and someone from the concierge is always around if you need a bit of help. The local garden is actually well looked after and you get the scent of local flowers as you walk through. Evenings here often mean kids riding bikes and neighbours out for a slow stroll after dinner. The coffee shop is always close too. In Marbella you do not see this kind of luxury penthouse with a big roof terrace and these open Mediterranean views come up very often. To be honest the only way to know if this rare grand Marbella penthouse feels like your place is to come up and see it. If you want to ask questions or just want to have a relaxed look around you can reach out whenever suits you. At LuxuryProperty dot com we just want to make finding a home in Marbella as comfortable and easy as possible.

Rare Grand Penthouse with Roof Terrace

Some places just have that feeling when you walk in and see the light coming from every direction. This is one of those homes. It is a penthouse in Torremolinos, up on the Costa del Sol where the mornings tend to start with a soft sea breeze and the view honestly just makes you pause for a while. You look outside and realize you can see the whole sweep of the Mediterranean. Beaches of Carihuela stretch out right underneath and on a clear day you can watch the early risers going for their walks along the promenade or sometimes just heading down with their breakfast in hand. It is the kind of space where you start slowing down, maybe even without trying. You have almost 2700 square feet up here and it feels every bit as open as you would hope. There is a living room that always seems to be filled with light. I spent a few minutes just leaning back on the terrace and listening to the waves underneath. Sometimes you nearly forget your phone is in your pocket. The kitchen does not feel formal or stuffy at all. It comes with Miele appliances so if you are into cooking, you will be set, but even if you are more about good coffee and simple casual lunches it just feels easy to use. The dining room is its own room, not just an extension of something else, and when you sit down you get these glimpses of the water so it is a genuinely good spot for friends or family dinners that last a little longer than expected. What stands out to a lot of people is each of the three bedrooms opens to its own private terrace. I actually walked out to all of them just to see the difference. Some get sunrise light and others catch the afternoon sun. For anyone who likes their own quiet start or just wants space to read or relax, it makes a world of difference. Each bedroom also has access to a good sized dressing room. It is the sort of detail that feels small but ends up being a part of daily life that just works. Bathrooms are full and proper. No one is stuck waiting for space in the morning. And then there is the terrace facing directly towards the sea with its own Jacuzzi. Last time I was there I could just imagine late evenings with the city lights behind and the water still sparkling ahead. It is pretty special. There is central AC and heating across the home so comfort is a year round thing. You will find details like a video entry phone and full alarm system which makes everything feel safe and easy. There is a built in audio system as well if you like having music in every room. Even outside spaces have their own touches. The terraces come with an automatic watering system, so plants and small gardens just take care of themselves mostly. Storage is not an issue here. There is a big double storage room plus two parking spaces which is really handy if you have friends visiting or just prefer to keep everything organized. Location in Malaga is actually one of the best things about living here. The airport is only ten minutes away so if you travel now and then, it is never a hassle. The centre of Malaga is just a bit further and it is full of little tapas bars, museums and all kinds of galleries. Just walking along those old streets feels completely different to the bigger cities. Everything you might need is within a short walk. Supermarkets, cafés, local restaurants that never seem to close too early and if you just want the sand under your feet the famous Carihuela Beach is right below. Sometimes people ask if this penthouse would suit an investment or if it feels more like a forever home. Honestly it works both ways. The detail in the finishes and layout shows someone thought about life here rather than just designing for show. You have easy access to public transport so getting around is simple even if you do not drive. Early evenings you will sometimes see local families heading out for a walk or kids riding by on bikes. It has that local Spanish warmth but with a touch of real privacy up above. If you want to see whether it fits what you are looking for the best way is to come by and get a feel for it yourself. Any questions or if you just want to walk through, let me know. Here at LuxuryProperty.com we try to keep things relaxed so your move feels as natural as possible.

Luxury Penthouse in Torremolinos

Some homes just have this almost magnetic pull when you walk up and honestly this three bedroom duplex penthouse in Marina Mariola right on Marbella's Golden Mile promenade is exactly that sort of place. The salty air catches you before you even make it to the door and by the time you step inside, you can't help but slow down a little, just to soak in that endless Mediterranean view. There's something about the light moving across the water that makes all the noise drop away and suddenly the only thing you notice is the sea stretching out beyond the terrace. The first thing you'll probably feel when you come in is that everything here actually makes sense. You can really tell the owners loved this penthouse. Every corner and every updated surface feels intentional but not precious. The whole place had a renovation just a few years ago so nothing is tired or dated, but nothing feels too showy either. Sometimes in Marbella you see those luxury penthouses where you're almost afraid to touch the cabinets but here you just want to invite friends in for coffee and toast. The open plan kitchen lines up perfectly with the living room and terrace so you never feel boxed in. The marble countertops are cool to the touch and the appliances blend straight into the background so you might not spot them at first, but everything is there if you actually like to cook. I could picture slow weekend breakfasts with the windows wide open and the only sound is the breeze rolling through and waves somewhere down below. The living area just flows outside. It really is just a few steps to the main sea view terrace and you get that feeling like the inside and outside are just parts of the same room. I stood by the railing for ages just watching the water change colors. If you like to have people around it all feels easy you don't lose anyone to a back room. But it's also comfortable enough that you could curl up quietly in a corner and read without anyone bothering you. There are two bedrooms on this main level and both are surprisingly peaceful at night even though you're right above the famous Marbella promenade. If you like getting up early and watching first light on the water this is a perfect spot for that. One bedroom even has its own bathroom that opens onto the terrace and every time I walked past it I caught a bit of the ocean air drifting through. You really do start to forget you're living right in the middle of Marbella. The shops are all around. The restaurants and that iconic Marbella beach are never more than a few minutes away on foot. Upstairs is almost made for relaxing. The top floor is dedicated just to taking it easy — there's a smaller living space that feels perfect for a quiet afternoon and another bedroom that opens right onto a private terrace. This place is special because you get your own small pool and honestly it's a dream come true for anyone who likes that first early swim before Marbella wakes up. The terrace is quiet and big enough that you could work from here, or just stretch out on loungers with lunch. I stood there one morning with only the sea and a few birds for company and lost track of time. You get two parking places tucked away below plus more storage so beach days or city days both just work. The building itself is pretty great too. The staff are genuinely friendly and security is always around but never feels intrusive. The gym and two big pools look right out at the water. There's a Jacuzzi if you need it and a proper sauna for winter. And the best thing really — you get private access straight to the promenade so sometimes you see kids on bikes or families wandering out for ice cream while you're just steps from home. This stretch of the Golden Mile feels alive right up to the front door. Good coffee, local bars, shopping when you need it, all within reach. Sometimes penthouses feel a bit remote but not this one. The only way you'll really know if it fits is to come and stand out on that terrace for yourself. If you have questions or just want to walk through it one day let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next move as easy as possible.
