The windows are double glazed, so when you close them you really do get quiet indoors even though the building is in a busy spot.

Gym is fully equipped and I saw at least two people actually working out, not just posing for selfies. There's twenty four hour security and concierge, plus CCTV throughout so you just feel safe. I noticed the lifts are quick too, which is always nice when you're in a hurry or carrying shopping bags.

Parking is included, so you never have to circle the block looking for a spot, and there's plenty of staff around to help if you ever need anything fixed. Maintenance seem genuinely quick to jump in when needed.

The vibe in this building is more neighbourly than you'd expect from somewhere new. Sometimes you see kids on bikes in the evenings or people heading out in gym clothes, and it never feels like anyone is rushing here.
