After walking through a lot of properties on Palm Jumeirah I can honestly say this one does a few things a little differently. Two valet parking spots keep the cars sorted and easy which is honestly a big relief if you hate searching for parking. Plus if you get hungry there are quite a few options on site and you get a generous discount as a resident which actually makes it fun to try different spots each week. This penthouse is unfurnished right now but that is part of the appeal for many people. You can walk in and just imagine where your own things would go. Every corner is clean and upgraded so you do not have to stress about any renovations or touch ups. You just get to focus on making it your own. Life feels different on this part of Palm Jumeirah. There is a bit more space and it is quieter compared to some other areas but you are still near top dining and essentials. Sometimes I just like how a simple walk along the shoreline makes you forget you are anywhere near the city. I always think the only real way to know if a place feels right is to see it in person.
