Invest in The Heart of Europe and Receive Moldovan Citizenship

The Heart of Europe in Dubai now promises to give investors a passage into the true heart of Europe. Making a minimum investment of AED 5 million will qualify you for a Moldovan passport, according to a recent announcement by the project developer, Kleindienst Group.
 

Ranked among the 50 most powerful passports in the world, a Moldovan passport allows visa-free travel to over 1115 countries as well as the entire Schengen Area. Citizenship by investment, which allows an investor to gain a second passport that has significant weightage in terms of global travel and security, has been on the rise, especially in the Middle East and most Asian countries.

 

This new initiative makes the process easier and would be of particular interest to investors in the region, who don’t have to look too far beyond their shores to find the right second citizenship option.

Kleindienst Group has seen great success in The Heart of Europe, with record sales in Q1 2019 across several of its projects, including Germany Island, Sweden Island, St Petersburg Island and the Floating Seahorse villas. The first phase of handovers on the island chain is expected to begin by the end of 2019.
