Coffee runs get quick and you forget how convenient it is to have a good school right in the neighbourhood. Sometimes you see folks jogging early or meeting by the park and it makes you feel part of it too. I should mention that this villa is for rent and the asking price is two hundred ninety five thousand AED. It gives you a built up area of three thousand five hundred twenty seven square feet, which is a good size for comfortable living, and you get a plot of about six thousand square feet so there is room to spread out a little.
