Some homes have this relaxed energy that you feel right as you walk in and honestly that is what stood out to me in this five bedroom villa at The Turf in Damac Hills. You do not have to squint or picture what the view would be like because standing there in the living room you look straight onto the golf course and the lawns. I ended up just leaning against the big window for a moment to take in all that green. Sun pours in from every angle so you get an easy sense of light that you do not always find in other Dubai villas and it even lifts your mood a little. The way the living space opens into the dining area just makes sense. It keeps things open and bright and there is still a bit of separation so if you are hosting or just having a big family meal everyone has space but you still feel together.
On the ground floor there is a guest bedroom that actually works well for long stays or if you have older relatives visiting and I have heard neighbors say it is a real lifesaver for those occasions. The ensuite is private so guests get their own space. Then you walk into the kitchen and it is not just a fancy show kitchen. It feels like somewhere you could cook for the family on a busy weekday or bake when you get the urge. Cabinets are more than enough and you can keep groceries or all your appliances out of sight. I looked inside the utility area and there is a separate laundry which just keeps things quieter and means you are not hearing the washing machine while you try to relax. Helpers have their own private spot with a maid's room and private bath tucked away from the main home so everyone gets their own bit of privacy.
Go upstairs and the family area is another space that actually gets used. I can just imagine kicking back there with a book or the kids spreading out homework. Each of the four upstairs bedrooms has its own bathroom which is honestly a rare luxury in most Dubai rentals. Two of those bedrooms lead onto balconies where you get that wide view of green all the way to the horizon and I ended up standing there for a bit just watching the sky shift colors. When the weather is right you can leave the doors open and get actual fresh air through the rooms. Sometimes you even forget about the air conditioning which is a treat here. Each room has built in storage so everything can be neat and calm without piles of things creeping into the hallways.
The layout is just smart for families. There is space to spread out so whether you are working from home or have little ones who love to play you never get in each other's way. And the villa itself sits on a good size plot of over five thousand square feet which gives you a big garden to either landscape or maybe set up a barbecue for friends or just let the kids run wild while you watch from the shade. Some evenings you hear families laughing or see a football match starting nearby and there is always a bit of life bubbling up in The Turf.
The Damac Hills community has this real neighborhood feel. In the mornings you see dog walkers or sometimes a group heading to the park with strollers. Schools are close so drop offs are easy and the main city roads are never too far which keeps the commute pretty simple. And when you want to relax you are just a stroll away from the local coffee shop or Malibu Bay where kids splash in the afternoon. There is a petting farm too for days when you want something different or just time outdoors.
This five bedroom standalone villa in The Turf really is one of those places where life feels easy and you get a sense of possibility every time you walk through the door. To really know if it is right for you I always say come see how it feels in person. Happy to show you around or answer anything you have on your mind. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your move to feel as relaxed as your new morning in Damac Hills.
