Lagoons Townhouses at Damac Lagoons, Dubai

We are delighted to present Damac Lagoons, an incredible residential project in the Damac Hills community that will offer an exciting new dimension of waterfront living.

The centrepoint of this very unique neighbourhood is a Crystal Lagoon, which will create a true sense of calm and relaxation. Damac Hills is one of the most renowned family communities in Dubai, centred on the Trump International Golf Course and offering a wide array of lifestyle amenities including pools, parks, sports facilities, supermarkets, a Radisson Hotel, and F&B outlets.

There is a 5-year payment plan offered with the project, with 70% to be paid during construction and 30% to be paid over 2 years post-completion. Additionally, a 50% waiver on Dubai Land Department fees is being offered on launch.
