It feels bright and open in a way that's not always easy to find here and it actually catches a lot more sunlight than you'd think from the outside. I guess part of it is the way the living room just opens out into the garden and suddenly you've got all that green around you. I stood on the edge of the wrap around garden for a second and just listened. All you hear is a bit of breeze or sometimes the laughter from kids in the community.

One thing you'll notice is how private it feels even though you're close to everything. The garden is fully wrapped around and the landscaping actually shields you a bit without making it feel closed in. The ground floor is where life sort of happens. People in Maple are really friendly in general and you do see a lot of families out and about. Sometimes in the evenings you see kids biking past your garden fence and folks walking dogs. There's a barbecue area too where people grill on weekends if you like that kind of relaxed community thing.

Dubai Hills Estate as a whole is popular for good reason. There's the new shopping mall with the usual stores and honestly a pretty good mix of local coffee spots. The international schools are close enough that school runs never feel like a chore. And if you play or just like the greenery the golf course is nearby too. There are tennis courts and basketball courts if you or your kids are sporty. Restaurants are popping up all the time. I always say you could move in and not really have to leave the neighbourhood for much.
