Sometimes you see kids biking in the evenings, which is always a good sign for families. There is always something happening in the community but it never feels crowded or hectic. The rent for this place is two hundred thirty thousand AED, which for a townhouse of this size and in this spot, actually makes a lot of sense. Living in Richmond at Damac Hills means your world gets a bit bigger and a lot more relaxed. It is vacant now, so you can move in pretty much when it suits you.
