Town Square is an immense master planned community located within the Dubailand district, which is quickly becoming the new heart of Dubai. This is a family community through and through, with homes that comprise low-rise apartment blocks and townhouses. Landscaping, parks and open spaces are key aspects of Town Square, creating a space that allows families and neighbours to bond.
There are 14 different projects that make up Town Square, divided among eight apartments clusters - Rawda, Una, Jenna, Warda, Hayat Boulevard, Zahra Breeze, Safi and Zahra - and six townhouse communities - Sama, Safi, Naseem, Noor, Hayat and Zahra. Town Square Park
With an area of close to 400,00 sq ft, Town Square Park is undoubtedly one of the key attractions of the community. It sits right in the centre, making it easily accessible for all residents. It features an abundance of greenery, beautiful water features, a unique selection of retail outlets, and streetside cafes where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast or afternoon tea in complete bliss.
Schools and Hospitals
Private schools are being developed on the western boundary of Town Square, making it convenient for growing families. The schools will offer the highest standards of education, as accredited by the Dubai's governing educational body, the KHDA. Nurseries will also be scattered around the community, so the young ones can be taken care of when their parents go to work. And Town Square will also have its own dedicated hospitals and clinics to manage the healthcare needs of residents.
Outdoor Fitness and Leisure
As a community focused on healthy living, Town Square offers many fitness options. You can have an open-air workout in many of the parks and open spaces, and there are 10 km of jogging trails, plus 13 km of cycling trails as well. There are playgrounds for the children to enjoy, and several sporting facilities including tennis courts, basketballs courts, and a skate park.
