The layout of this upgraded studio apartment is honestly one of the better ones I have seen. It is a true 527 square feet but you would not guess that by the way the space flows. There is a smart sleeping corner where you can easily have a big bed with room left for a reading chair or even a desk for work. The living space blends in and does not feel boxed in like some studios. You will probably notice the little finishes too. The interiors are modern and clean and the colors are not too sharp. It feels like a home you can make yours, not just a show piece. Even the switches and handles have this new solid feel. Storage is actually decent too which sometimes is a small frustration in studios but not here. The kitchen is simple but not boring. I could see someone actually cooking here and not just grabbing takeaway. The counters have a bit of space to them. Plenty of drawers for all your coffee making gadgets or your weekend breakfast plans. Plus, every time you look out the window you remember that you are still in the middle of Dubai. Evening meals can turn into a little city lights show from your own apartment. It is pretty special when you think about it. The building in Safa Two has a few highlights you cannot ignore. There is this rooftop infinity pool which is honestly one of the best spots in Business Bay. I sat up there for a bit and could pick out so many famous landmarks and the skyline just rolls off for miles. Pool days with that view could become a weekly routine without ever feeling old. The gym is always open and you can tell it is looked after. If you want to pop in for a run after work it is not too busy and there are plenty of machines. There is even a spa in the building for the days when you want to really unwind rather than head out for another errand. Safa Park is right nearby and if you are someone who likes an early walk or a jog it is pretty perfect. Sometimes there are families out with kids or just people lying under the trees with a good book. Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa are both an easy drive and being only about ten minutes away does make life simpler. If you travel a lot Dubai International Airport is also close enough to get to quickly but you never hear it at night so you still get your peace. The bus stops are just outside and taxis come by regularly so you are never really stuck if you do not have your car handy. Downstairs you will often see people catching up over coffee before work or saying hi after a grocery run. There is a nice kind of routine about it. Honestly the beauty of this upgraded studio at Safa Two is how it lets you set your days at your own rhythm. You can have a quiet morning with the sunlight or unwind at the end of a day with the soft city buzz outside. I think you will find it feels easy to imagine living here.
