It is not just there for show so if you are into proper cooking or just want to toss together a quick salad you will find yourself actually reaching for the cutting board. There is enough storage that you are not going to end up stashing appliances on the balcony or hiding cereal in strange places. Sometimes you do forget your phone and just take in the horizon for a bit. If I had to live in a one bedroom this is the kind of feeling I would want. The bedroom is roomy and never feels boxed in. When you wake up here it feels like you have a front row seat to the ocean. Sometimes the sound is just soft enough you might even fall asleep with the window cracked open if the weather allows. As for the bathrooms there are actually two so you are not scrambling if you have someone over. They have proper modern fittings and are cleaned up in a way that makes them feel fresh but not sterile. It is a nice surprise to find no weird corners or venues for dust. Anwa as a building is really something that just makes city living feel like it is always at vacation speed. Downstairs there is always a quiet hum of life but nobody rushing too much. People in the lobby tend to know each other. The gym is actually used and this is one of those places where your morning routine starts to include a quick scan of the horizon while on the treadmill. The pool catches a good breeze and somehow never feels too busy. Everyday errands are easy with cafes and the basics all close by and if you need to get to Jumeirah or Downtown it is just fifteen or so minutes with normal traffic. Honestly you notice it is pretty peaceful since there is not much through traffic here. The apartment is already tenanted until August two thousand twenty six which is useful if you are looking at rental income right from the start plus it is fully furnished so there is no stress about moving pieces in. And with over nine hundred seventy square feet you will feel the openness straight away. The truth is many apartments around Dubai claim full sea views but this one delivers in a very real way.
