Emaar South is an exciting master community that is being developed near the site of Expo 2020. The community is spread over a colossal area of 145 square kilometres and is divided among villa, townhouse and apartment clusters centred on a championship golf course.
With Expo 2020 just over a year away, that area of the city is being transformed into a new hub of economy, leisure and luxury living. The homes at Emaar South are going to be complemented by abundant greenery along with a large selection of retail and dining options.
The infrastructure surrounding Emaar South is being developed as well so that the community is well-connected to other key districts of Dubai. It is a short drive from the Expo 2020 site and Maktoum International Airport. Palm Jebel Ali is also quite nearby, as are Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.

Emaar South is designed primarily as a family destination.
