I noticed when the evening comes the entire upper floor catches this slow golden light and it all goes really still. Downstairs is where you find the kitchen. It is proper and roomy and has space for real family breakfasts. Sometimes kitchens in new builds feel like they are just there to look good in photos but here it actually feels like a place you would use every day. Even the fridge is built in which keeps the counters tidy. There is a proper maids room too if you need extra help or want to set up a bit of storage.&nbsp; The best part for me is how wide open it all feels. About three thousand one hundred square feet built up so when you walk around you are not always bumping into furniture or trying to squeeze through halls. The entire plot is just over six thousand square feet so you get an outside patio and a real lawn which is something you do not always see in Dubai villas. The back garden is a proper space where you can let the kids run or set up a grill and invite friends over. I stood by the patio and realised how private it feels. Because it is in a single row you do not have another villa peering in right behind you. Instead just more sky and that open feel. Sometimes you will see kids biking outside or a neighbour waving as they walk by on their morning jog. The neighbourhood is new but you can already see it growing into itself. A few coffee shops are starting to appear and you are honestly not far from the airport if that is important. Getting here never felt like a hassle to me. Dubai South is getting more popular for people who want a bit of space but still need to stay connected to the city. Everything here feels fresh. It is vacant so you do not have to worry about old tenants or lingering mess. You could literally move in next week. Doors and fittings look good. No half finished bits. No waiting for repairs. It is easy.&nbsp; You are looking at about eight million for a villa right on the golf course with this much lawn and this nice a setup. Not easy to find in Dubai anymore.
