There is so much open space especially around the living and dining parts. Even the hallways are wide enough that you do not feel squeezed. The way the floor plan flows you hardly notice you are in a penthouse above it all. You are not on top of each other even if the home is full. As for the building itself it is mostly just easy. The lifts are quick I never had to wait more than a minute. The staff are friendly if you need a hand with anything. The lobby smells like fresh flowers most of the time and you never feel lost or like you are in a big tower block. It is just normal life with a really great view. Price wise at just over ten million AED this penthouse in Harbour Views at Dubai Creek Harbour is really all about the lifestyle.
