I visited right before sunset and honestly the sounds of people chatting quietly outside and the smell of early dinners being made somewhere nearby just made me want to stay a little longer. You have your own two car garage which is actually quite handy if someone likes to tinker with bikes or just needs the extra space. The pool is close by which is maybe my favourite thing because you can wander over on a lazy afternoon and cool off. For families there is a tennis court and a big community gym so you will not need to drive across Dubai just to get your workouts in. The supermarket is also an easy stroll if you forget the milk. Plus you can always grab something quick at the café if you are not in the mood to cook. The townhouse is still under construction and should be ready this year so you would be moving into a brand new space. MERAAS is the developer and they pay attention to the details that actually matter day to day. If you are always running low on storage or need room to grow a family it just makes sense here. The asking price is two million fifty thousand dirhams and post completion payments are already included so it is a bit more straightforward. The truth is homes like this are about what you feel when you walk through. And sometimes you will know right away if it is the right place for you.
