The gym is properly equipped. Not one of those places with only one treadmill and a yoga mat. If you have a routine, you can stick to it here.&nbsp; Stepping outside, the location just works for actual day to day life. There are cafes where regulars know your order, restaurants with surprisingly good evening menus and supermarkets a quick step away. Sometimes you see kids biking by the promenade or people grabbing coffee and wandering alongside the creek. You can be at Downtown Dubai or the airport in no time, but you do not feel like you are living on top of all the noise.
