The apartment is spacious with a built up area of 2438 square feet so you never feel boxed in. There is something really nice about how the windows curve around the main rooms letting in that Dubai sunlight. Sometimes you just want to pull up a chair near the glass, grab a coffee and watch the clouds pass over the Burj Khalifa. And it is unfurnished right now which honestly gives you a fresh clean slate. Every morning you might see the city starting up for the day with people heading out to the office or grabbing coffee at one of those nearby cafes. You are never far from the Dubai Mall so if you forget something for dinner or want to catch a movie on a random Tuesday it is an easy stroll. Evenings get a little more lively with the fountains glowing and sometimes you catch music drifting up to your window. It feels like you get the best of city life with just enough distance for a sense of calm. And the thing is it just feels easy. You do not need to think too hard about where you will put things or how you will get anywhere. The building takes care of all the big stuff security maintenance and even little touches like a helpful concierge. If you have kids there are safe spots for them to play and if you need a gym it is right there without any fuss.
