You are honestly never more than five minutes from something interesting whether that's dinner out or a walk down the boulevard. You even have access to amenities that really do make a difference. The gym is modern and actually gets sunlight which makes early workouts feel less of a chore. Pool is a nice spot to cool off and there's a few landscaped areas where you see families with kids in the late afternoons and honestly, there is a nice sense of community feel as well. This apartment is unfurnished so you can put your own stamp on things. Bring in what you love and make it yours. Space is about 1639 square feet so you are not going to feel squeezed.
