District One: The Beauty of Bespoke Interiors
Mohammed Bin Rashid City is perhaps the most highly anticipated upcoming community in Dubai, and is expected to set a new standard of luxury living in the city upon completion. It is the next phase in Dubai’s evolution from a tourist hub to a place that people from all over the world can truly call home. And the wait won’t be too long, as certain areas such as the incredible District One are headed for completion this year, with many of the homes being ready to move in, and we have already looked at few of our favorites. Topping our list is this exquisite Dubai furnished villa being marketed by LuxuryProperty.com, which is the perfect example of what one can expect from Dubai 2.0.
The villa is designed in a Contemporary architectural style (the other two options are Arabesque and Mediterranean), and the modish exterior is complemented by the most gorgeous bespoke interiors. In fact, you don’t have to be in the property long to appreciate the quality and skill of the interior design.
Walking through the double-height front door, you get a taste of what is to come with an elegant Swarovski wall light over a wooden hall table. Wood paneling on the right-hand wall contrasts beautifully with the house’s white walls and the pale grey & white marble floors. The living space is luxurious and unusually for such a contemporary property, it feels like a family home. An 80” Bang & Olufsen television that can be rotated via remote control for different viewing angles is a major highlight of the room, which is defined by a combination of plush fabrics, pristine marble flooring and Swarovski crystals in all the lighting fixtures.
All of the bedrooms are generously proportioned and have balconies with a direct view of the Burj Khalifa. One of the suites has been made over into a dressing room which is truly a delightful indulgence! There is a central double display cabinet with drawers to arrange jewellery and accessories.
The rear of the property gives a secluded and fantastic entertaining space with views of the Burj Khalifa. This is further enriched by two of the three large window areas of the property sliding open letting you take just a simple step from the living areas onto the outside terrace, where you can sit overlooking the swimming pool. The garden has been landscaped to the highest standard with durable replicated wood flooring to the large seating area, and marble flooring to the dining area.
There is a BBQ kitchen outside, complete with Napoleon gas grill, Silhouette outdoor fridge and Franke sink and expanse of granite worktop and lots of storage underneath.
