Zed Capital Real Estate is a Dubai based property company providing sales, leasing, developer representation and property management services across the emirate. Starlight Park is one of the earlier projects connected with the partnership. Located in District 11 within Mohammed Bin Rashid City, the development consists of four low rise residential buildings arranged around landscaped spaces and rooftop amenities.

The developer behind Starlight Park is Amwaj Development, while Zed Capital acts as the exclusive sales partner. This same relationship extends to The Cube Residences, another District 11 scheme centred on contemporary apartments, adaptable interiors and smart home features.

Gate Eleven continues the collaboration within Meydan District 11. The residences are positioned near the Crystal Lagoon and follow a more contemporary urban approach, with flexible living spaces and views towards the surrounding city.

Zed Capital’s current activity has also moved towards Dubai’s coastline through Kaia Residences. Located on Dubai Islands, Kaia is developed by Amwaj Development and marketed through Zed Capital as its exclusive sales partner.

The move to Dubai Islands gives the company exposure to a different part of the residential market. The area is being shaped around beaches, hotels, new homes and leisure destinations, creating a setting that differs considerably from the urban environment of Meydan.

Viera Residences adds another developer relationship to the Zed Capital story. Located in Dubai Production City, the project is developed by Vantage Ventures Real Estate Development and has been marketed through Zed Capital. Its studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments are aimed at a more accessible segment of the residential market than some of the waterfront schemes now entering the company’s sales collection.

These partnerships show where Zed Capital sits within Dubai’s property sector. It is closely involved in bringing new residential projects to market, but its role is centred on representation, sales strategy, administration and client management rather than construction.

That position allows the company to work across different developers and communities without being tied to a single architectural style. Meydan projects can focus on connected urban living, Dubai Production City can serve a more value conscious apartment market, while Dubai Islands introduces waterfront residences into the mix.

Alongside these exclusive relationships, Zed Capital continues to operate a conventional brokerage business across Dubai’s secondary sales and rental markets. This gives the company exposure to both new launches and completed properties, rather than relying entirely on one side of the market.
