Mira Developments is a Dubai based real estate company founded in 2023 with a focus on branded, fully furnished residential property. That strategy now includes partnerships with names such as Bentley Home, Trussardi, Gianfranco Ferré Home, John Richmond and ELIE SAAB. Mira's current corporate figures refer to ten global brand collaborations and a worldwide pipeline exceeding 2,200 units.

Trussardi Residences in Al Furjan was the company's first launch and is currently scheduled for handover in Q4 2026. The company returned to the same part of Dubai with Trussardi Residences Phase II and Richmond District. Both sit within the wider Discovery Gardens and Al Furjan area, with Richmond District introducing interiors shaped around British designer John Richmond.

Mira Villas designed by Bentley Home represents a very different residential format. Located in District 11, Meydan, the gated community consists of furnished villas and mansions arranged around a private lagoon. Its current official handover target is also Q4 2026.

Ras Al Khaimah has become the company's second major UAE market. Gianfranco Ferré Residences on Al Marjan Island introduces another branded apartment collection, while Mira Coral Bay in Al Mairid takes the business into master community development. The latter is planned as a multi branded waterfront destination with residences, hospitality, beaches and a yacht club.
