Ayia Napa

Some homes really do slow you down, you know That is how it felt the first time I walked into this two bedroom apartment at Limassol Del Mar right on the shore of Limassol in Cyprus The sea is what you notice first because you feel it before you even make it to the window You open the front door and the light just pours in whole rooms filling up with that kind of glowy warm sunlight you only get by the water The space works like you want it to You can stand by the big windows and see the ocean stretching out in front of you and you are kind of suspended between sky and sea Honestly you might catch yourself making excuses to linger with that view in the morning before heading out Maybe you will just start making breakfast a little bit later each day because it is tough to pull yourself away from such a scene This apartment feels made for anyone who actually wants to use their place Not just for show The kitchen is roomy enough to cook a real meal peaches work as well as pasta and when friends come over there is loads of space to hang out without feeling crowded The living area opens right to a big veranda so you can just throw those doors open and move the party outside That outdoor space is a real bonus especially at sunset which honestly you will never get tired of out here It is quiet even though you are right in the middle of Limassol's most high end area There are two solid bedrooms Both are comfortable with their own good closet space and you can leave the windows open to hear the waves at night That might be my favorite part Some homes just have that sleep easy vibe and this is definitely one of them What stands out for Limassol Del Mar is how much care went into everything You have got that modern feel but it is never cold or unwelcoming Nice touches everywhere from the floors to the doors and you can just tell the place was built with actual people in mind It feels fresh and bright and not fussy at all One thing people in this community love is how easy things are You have professional concierge right within the building so anything you need gets sorted out quick There are pools inside and outside The indoor pool is great in winter or on windy days and the outdoor one always seems to get the sun Plus you get a top notch gym that is way better than what you find in most places There is also a luxury spa right downstairs so you can unwind after a busy week without ever jumping in the car The grounds are plush and green and sometimes you see families strolling or folks just sitting outside with coffee and a pastry from one of the local spots The premium shopping and dining plaza right at your doorstep is genuinely handy Sometimes you feel like you barely need to leave home to have a good day You feel the sense of neighborhood here Even though you are surrounded by five star hotels and beautiful residences there is always space to find your own corner If you do feel like exploring the Limassol Marina is not far away Local markets are easy to get to and the city's best bakeries and cafes are always just round the corner The lifestyle is relaxed but never boring If you care about practical stuff the apartment is also a smart investment This is one of only a handful of units available on the top floors of these towers so you get that rare combination of privacy and those sea views Worth mentioning too that buyers often qualify for the Cyprus Investment Programme which is a really nice bonus and opens the door to EU citizenship Really the only way to know if this place feels right is to come and see it for yourself Pictures do not quite show how easy life feels here Always happy to answer questions or show you around If you want to pop by just let me know At LuxuryProperty.com we always try to make everything just a bit smoother for you

Spacious & Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment at Limassol Del Mar, Cyprus

Some places just feel good to walk into. This three bedroom apartment at Olympic Resort in Limassol honestly feels like it belongs in someone's real life, not just in a brochure. The first thing that happens when you step inside is you notice the light. It settles in everywhere, bouncing off those pale marble floors and drifting in from the terrace. You get this huge sweep of Mediterranean blue right in front of you—real sea views that actually stop you for a second. You can hear the breeze sometimes and if you stand by the glass, it feels almost like you are already outside. The apartment itself is set up to feel open, nothing gets in the way of your view. I stood at the kitchen island just taking it in—even made a little mental note that the space would make cooking feel relaxed, not a chore. The kitchen is fitted out with proper Italian cabinetry. It is the sort of well made wood and hardware you would not feel the need to upgrade. The way everything fits together here just feels considered. You will also get Dornbracht faucets in the kitchen and the bathrooms, which are not just for looks—they are solid and feel good in your hand. There are rain showers, and a Japanese toilet system that is honestly kind of a step up from what you find in most apartments. Wandering through the apartment, you get a sense of calm everywhere. The marble is real Boticino, not something you see all the time, and when afternoon sun hits it, the patterns stand out. The bedrooms are tucked away enough so everyone can have a bit of peace. It works if you live with family or sometimes just have friends visit. Each one feels private, and in the morning you get this gentle light coming through, especially if you crack a window and listen to the city wake up. The main bedroom looks straight out to sea so you might just start leaving your curtains open. What stands out here is the terrace. It is not just a tiny balcony. You can set up a table for breakfast, or drag out a lounge chair with a book. Even walking out barefoot and watching the sky turn in the evenings never really gets old. You feel the city hum around you but it is never intrusive. Sometimes you see neighbors pausing for a chat or kids riding bikes on the promenade below. Olympic Resort is more than just the apartment though. The grounds have real grass, proper flowerbeds, not just a patch of landscaping. The outdoor pools are good sized—you will see families on weekends and a few evening swimmers after work. There are tennis courts and basketball, and you do see people playing even when it is just starting to cool off at sunset. A mini football pitch and a kids club mean the younger ones find their spaces too. Downstairs, there is a spa and beauty salon so those quiet mornings can easily turn into a pampering session. You also get a doorman who actually greets you by name and a concierge who helps with those random things that come up. There is a resident club for gatherings, and a spot set up just for people who golf or want a quiet corner to read. The club rooms have a calm feeling—sometimes you see someone working on their laptop or just catching up over coffee. The Lutron home system is simple—lights, curtains, it is all set up so you do not have to fiddle with everything. Location wise, you truly get the best of Limassol. Walk outside and you are right on the Seaside Promenade with all the cafes and shops. The marina and Old Town are only a few minutes away by car if you want a change of pace. Truthfully, this is not just about features and numbers. It is about an atmosphere you only feel when you are here. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see the place for yourself. If you want to walk through or chat about what life by the sea in Limassol might look like, just reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want your next home to feel like your best move yet.

3 Bedroom Apartment in Olympic Resort, Limassol

Some places just make you pause the moment you wander in. This three bedroom apartment in Central Park Residences right in the heart of Nicosia gave me that sort of feeling. You step inside and things just settle. Maybe it is something about the way the sunlight wanders through the big windows or how the quiet is steady no matter what is happening outside. For a home this central in Nicosia, that is not something you get every day. Walking through the living space, it actually feels like somewhere you want to stay a while, not just pass through. There is this generous living area with hardwood flooring that feels soft underfoot and honestly, those floors look even better in person. I noticed the marble touches in the hallway shine a little when the light hits them in the afternoon. Some apartments feel staged and cold but this one is very easy to see yourself in. If you like home cooking, the kitchen is set up for it with really good stone worktops and fittings. You could have friends standing around chatting while you put coffee on and somehow it does not feel crowded. The open plan design lets you talk to everyone even if you are by the cooker or the sink. The three bedrooms are real bedrooms as well, not those small add on rooms some places call bedrooms these days. Each has its own sense of space, with thick doors and sound insulated walls. Even with the city just outside you will notice how quiet it stays. Privacy really works here. In the main bedroom, you get a soft morning light if you leave the curtains open a bit. Automated window shades are there if you want to sleep in. Sometimes you almost forget your phone in here, just listening to the city wake up at its own pace. On warm days, you can wander out onto the veranda which wraps a bit around the side of the building. You could sit out here and read or just watch the skyline move as the day goes on. The view gives you a real sense of Nicosia living, city and sky and just enough movement to remind you you are in the middle of things. And about the building, it actually sets itself apart from most other apartments for sale in Nicosia. The ground floor feels like a hotel with a proper foyer and someone at the desk to greet you and help out. I noticed the air always smells clean here and the security is steady but not in your face. If you are one for working out, the gym on the third floor is light filled and has enough equipment for most routines. The spa is right nearby so you can relax after a workout or just take some time in the sauna or steam whenever you like. The staff is actually helpful which makes a difference. There is a sense of care about the place that you cannot always find. Living here is really looked after in every way. The management is on site and takes care of everything big or small so you only really have to think about living. No worries about maintenance. No chasing after repairs. It just feels easy to be here. For anyone looking for a luxury apartment in Nicosia, something that feels both polished and lived in, this three bedroom at Central Park Residences is worth seeing in person. It blends the comfort of a private retreat with the real buzz of the city. You are in the heart of it all restaurants nearby and coffee shops never far, sometimes you see kids heading to the park in the evenings. You will never really know if a home feels right until you walk through yourself. So if you want a look or have a question, just reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we keep things as simple and comfortable as possible, always.

Lovely Three-Bedroom Central Park Residences, Nicosia, Cyprus

Some places just pull you in without even trying and honestly this one bedroom apartment at Olympic Resort in Limassol does exactly that. Right when I stepped through the door I got this feeling of space that is a bit rare these days. You have one thousand one hundred sixty square feet to stretch out in and the room just feels wider and somehow breezier than you expect. It is a high floor view too so you get that first glimpse of the Mediterranean as soon as you look past the terrace. I actually stood there for a bit just leaning on the rail watching the sea switch from blue to gold as the sun dipped. The light here is something special. Some days the city feels busy if you are further in but here along the water at Olympic Resort you get this real sense of calm. All you really hear is the wind and sometimes a few city sounds floating in from a distance. Most mornings it is just the birds and the faint chatter of families heading out for a walk. Back inside the details make a difference. I noticed straight away how nothing here is done quick just to tick a box. Bulthaup made the kitchen and you can actually see real wood and stone where you touch. Dornbracht taps are one of those little things you eventually expect to get attached to because they just feel good and the water is always smooth. The kitchen is open so if you like to cook while chatting or want to keep an eye on the sky while waiting for your coffee you can. This is the sort of place where you probably end up eating at home more than usual I think. Afternoon light comes through the big windows and spills over the Boticino marble floors. If you read or work from home sometimes, well the living room just has a comfortable vibe without trying too hard. Smart features are there but not in your face. Lutron home automation means you can dim the lights or cool things down from the sofa if you want to. It is a kind of lazy convenience that grows on you. Bedroom is set apart enough for quiet but not cut off so you still get a piece of the view in the morning. Carpentry is Italian and the drawers actually slide shut as smooth as silk. I wanted to check the bathroom and ended up staying longer than I meant to. There is a Japanese toilet system and a rain shower that sort of wakes you up gently. It is quiet in there and just feels like a genuine spot to wind down after the day. Even small touches like the way the mirrors are set or the soft lighting makes a difference. Olympic Resort is different from what people usually expect from Limassol. I took a walk on the Seaside Promenade and saw a mix of families cycling around and couples just walking slow as the sun set. You get plenty of greenery so it does not feel like a concrete tower at all. Landscaped gardens wrap the property and sometimes there is this strong scent of flowers if the breeze picks up right. Pools get lively in summer with families but you always find your own quiet space even on busy weekends. I lingered by the tennis courts for a while and you can just sense this is a place where the residents actually like being here. Options are plenty. The spa is good not just a token spot and there are two tennis courts and even a mini football area plus a basketball zone too. There is a residents club where people actually hang out with real coffee not just a vending machine. I see neighbors stopping for a laugh or waving as they come in. Security is present with a doorman you see at the entrance but it is quiet so you never feel watched. Room service is around whenever you want a lazy meal or if surprise friends turn up. Kids club games salon even a clinic all on site just in case you want to keep life simple. I like that grocery drop off area too because no one wants to haul bags in the heat. Honestly Limassol has always had a nice energy but here you get just the right balance. You are connected but it never feels crowded. This apartment actually feels like a real home. The best way to know though is to come and see it for yourself. If you want to walk through or talk more just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your next step to feel good from the first moment. Happy to help whenever you are ready.

Two-Bedroom Apartment With Breathtaking Ocean Views in Cyprus

Some places just get mornings right and this one bedroom apartment at Olympic Resort in Limassol does exactly that. I remember walking in and even before I reached the windows, there was this gentle sense of quiet. Maybe it's the way the light comes in, bouncing off the sea in the distance, or maybe it's just being a bit higher up and away from the noise. Either way, you can literally stand by the glass and see the coastline stretch out with the Mediterranean shifting in a dozen blues. People always talk about sea views but sometimes you have to see it to really believe how calming it feels. The size actually surprised me. Just a little over one thousand one hundred square feet but because it's all open plan, with the kitchen and lounge flowing together, it feels much bigger. You do not get that boxed in feeling. The private terrace is where I lingered for a while just watching the sky and coast. You will catch the quiet buzz from the promenade every now and then but mostly what you notice is just the breeze and maybe some gulls if you are lucky. The kind of spot you might want for morning coffee or maybe you finish your day out there with a book. Sometimes you even catch a sunset dipping behind the city lights. Everything about the living space is very real. The kitchen is not just for show. It looks sharp but you can see it is also somewhere you would actually cook. Marble floors keep things cool which is a relief when Limassol summers get going. Every handle and drawer has this solid feel and the finish is all Italian brands, so you get those little things that make a difference when you are opening a door or reaching for a glass. Even the bathroom caught my eye. There are Dornbracht fittings that really do make a difference to your morning routine. The rain shower has proper pressure and the Japanese toilet system is one of those things you do not know you love until you get used to it. You will spot a few clever details as well. I like the way the light from outside sneaks into every part of the home. Nothing feels shadowy. One of the smart bits here is the Lutron home automation system. It means you can adjust your air conditioning or lighting from across the room or wherever you are at home. Honestly, it just makes daily life that bit easier. No need to fuss about getting up in the night to click things on or off, and you can set everything how you like for evenings or mornings or even a quick nap. Downstairs, Olympic Resort is more than just a collection of apartments. The whole area is landscaped with gardens that smell fresh as soon as you walk outside and there are pools that instantly make you want to relax. I noticed a few people in the water and a couple of kids chasing each other near the tennis courts. There is a football pitch too if you like being active. Even on a weekday evening, the community feels alive but never crowded. The residents' club had people chatting quietly, reading in chairs, and generally just feeling at home. Security is well organised but not in your face. The doorman always has a greeting and is genuinely helpful. That convenience runs through the whole building. You nip outside and you are right on the promenade or you can duck down to that coffee shop on the corner for a pastry or a quick hello with your neighbours. You are close enough to central Limassol that you can just walk it but when you are in the apartment, you feel the world slow down a bit. Sometimes you hear the word luxury and think it has to be showy and over the top. Here, luxury just feels practical and relaxing. If you are curious or want to go through the place in person, that is the only way you will really know if it fits. I am around for questions or a walk through any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your next step to feel right for you.

Contemporary 1 Bedroom Apartment in Olympic Resort, Limassol

Some places in Nicosia just seem to have a different pace about them. Central Park Residences feels like one of those spots where you can hear the city but also feel sort of separate from it at the same time. Walking into this two bedroom apartment, you notice it feels calm. I actually paused in the foyer because the light coming in just made everything feel bigger and softer, honestly. Even if you have had a long day, I can imagine stepping inside and just feeling the tension go somewhere else for a bit. The apartment itself is set in one of those newer buildings where you can tell that the design is deliberate. You get these big, tall windows with automated shading work. I pressed the button and watched everything just shift to a more private mood in seconds. The sound outside fades away thanks to the insulated walls, so all you really hear is what you choose to hear. Sometimes I think apartments can feel echoey or boxed in, but here that is not the story. You will probably notice things are so much quieter than you are used to from city living. Kitchen wise, there is enough space to actually cook for people if you wanted to. I imagined a Sunday morning with eggs on the marble tops and the hardwood floor under your feet. It does not feel staged or cold. The finish is good though. You have these engineered stone worktops and hidden tech all around. Climate control is on point and the smart home features just make it easier. You never really fumble for a light switch. It just works. Sometimes in homes with a lot of gadgets, it can feel overdone, but here it fits. The bedrooms are honest in size. Sometimes in cities you have to compromise but not here. The master whispers a bit of boutique hotel, especially with the windows open and the city lights showing up just before sunset. The second room could be for kids, a study or even just set up as that one space where you read all your unstarted books. You also get this veranda that is large enough to actually sit outside and have dinner or spend a slow evening. Every view is something green or open so you never really feel boxed in by concrete. In terms of the lifestyle, it is very much a five star feel. You feel it right from the ground floor with a real, staffed concierge desk there to help if you need anything. Deliveries, security, just a familiar and safe vibe all the time. You can sense that most people living here genuinely care for their space. I also checked out the gym and spa on the third floor and honestly expected it to be cramped, but it is the opposite. High ceilings, great equipment, welcoming trainers who actually greet you. The spa even smells good, like something fresh you cannot quite place. Maintenance and management? It is handled. The team is discreet but close by. If you ever have questions about repairs, cleaning or even just recommendations for a coffee shop nearby, you will get help. I noticed a few neighbors chatting downstairs in the lobby, not rushed, which probably means people know each other a bit more here. Evenings sometimes see kids heading to the park or people walking their dogs along the less busy side streets. You are really at the heart of everything in Nicosia but with just enough distance to make home feel like a retreat. Central Park Residences is not your regular Cyprus apartment for sale. It is more about small comforts, honest luxury and the feeling that whenever you close your door, the city leaves you alone. The only way to really know if it matches what you are hoping for is to come see it in person. You can reach out any time and we will walk through it together. At LuxuryProperty.com, it is less about making a sale and more about helping you decide if it just feels right for you.

Lovely Two-Bedroom Apartment At Central Park Residences, Cyprus

Some places just give you a feeling straight away. Olympic Resort in Limassol is like that. I remember standing near the gardens and hearing the quiet even though you are so close to the seaside promenade where people are walking by and laughing or maybe grabbing a coffee. It is not so much the size of the place even though it is huge. It is more about how you actually slow down the minute you walk through that entryway with its light and space. Even the air feels a bit different. You can smell the sea from the lobby if a breeze comes in. There is just something about this one bedroom apartment at Olympic Resort that makes you want to actually live by the sea and not just talk about it. It is up on one of the higher floors in the tower. You wake up every morning to sun and a slice of the Mediterranean right outside your window. Sometimes you see the light hit the water in ways that do not show up on your phone when you try to take a photo. The view just feels endless whether you are having breakfast on your private terrace or just standing in the living room and watching things slowly come alive outside. I was there in the middle of a sunny afternoon and the place was so bright that I actually sat down by the big windows for a few minutes and almost forgot I was supposed to be working. The glass kind of disappears so you do not notice it much. It is easy to imagine yourself here just reading a book or catching up with a friend over coffee with the sea right there. The terrace is also bigger than what you get in most Limassol apartments. You can actually have a proper table outside or maybe a bit of a plant collection without feeling squeezed. Step inside and the kitchen stands out because it actually feels like you would cook here. None of those glossy spaces that are just for show. You can see yourself chopping up fresh vegetables from the morning market or inviting someone over for dinner after a swim downstairs. Maybe someone is chatting away in the open living area while you are prepping something and the conversation just flows through the whole space. Every bit of layout just makes sense. No awkward corners. The way you move from the kitchen to the living room to the terrace just feels easy. The finishes are another thing you will notice. Walking barefoot on the floor kind of cools you off after being in the sun and the bathrooms are finished with real quality stuff but nothing flashy or too much. The whole place gives off this relaxed and calm feeling. Like you don't have to worry about a thing. People who live at Olympic Resort seem to actually know each other. It seems small but it makes a difference. I was by the pool too and noticed how some families were having fun while others were just quietly reading next to the spa. There are these moments where you realise this is not just a holiday spot. It is really a home for people. Plus Limassol is right outside your front door. Cafés on the promenade for those slow weekend mornings. Local places to eat dinner and you can walk everywhere. Sometimes you see kids biking or couples taking a slow walk as the sun goes down. Even inside the apartment you never feel closed off. You see bits of green from the landscaped gardens and if you take the lift up you will get that look out over the whole coast and the city lights on the other side. I stayed until sunset and the colour across the sky from that height is a moment you are going to want to see for yourself. You probably know there are a lot of places in Limassol that call themselves luxury apartments but this one at Olympic Resort really does make life feel easier. Every corner of the building is comfortable. The pools the lobby even the outdoor spaces feel welcoming for quiet time or company. It is all wrapped up in that simple everyday luxury that honestly is hard to find. Best thing to do is come see it. It is the only real way to know if this is your home. If you want to talk through anything or just have a look, message any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your next home to feel easy right from the start.

1 Bedroom Apartment in Olympic Resort, Limassol

Some homes feel like a little pause from the world as soon as you step in. This three bedroom apartment in Olympic Resort, right in Limassol, really has that kind of feel. Maybe it is the way the sea sits right outside your window or maybe it is the soft Cyprus light that seems to fill every corner. I found myself just stopping on the terrace for a while, forgetting about my phone, just listening to the waves and that salt air. It feels like somewhere you would actually want to wake up each day with your coffee in hand, not rushing anywhere unless you really have to. Living at Olympic Resort, you get a different side of Limassol. Here you are on the east side of the city, close to that iconic Seaside Promenade where you will probably run into neighbors out for an early morning jog or families just taking it slow in the evenings. The whole community has a way of feeling tucked away, almost like its own little world. Funny thing is, you are still close to everything. The shops, restaurants and all the energy of Limassol are right there, but when you come home, things just quiet down again. Sometimes I have seen kids riding their bikes out front or people just chatting outside in the shade. It is that kind of place. The apartment itself feels welcoming without trying too hard. When you walk in, it is open and bright. The living room naturally leads to your private terrace and, honestly, I could see this being used for slow breakfasts or maybe friends over for sunset views. It never feels cramped. Even with three bedrooms, there is this sense of space, probably because the layout is so open. I have noticed, too, that the sea somehow finds its way into every room in the form of a view or a breeze through the window. There is something calming about picking out all the colors of the water from the terrace. Sometimes that is all you really need after a long day. You can tell the build is solid the second you touch the finishes. Real Italian cabinetry in the kitchen, yes, and those Dornbracht faucets you usually spot in high end homes. They both look and work like they should. There is a rain shower in the main suite that really does make mornings feel better and then there is that Japanese style toilet. You almost laugh at first, but after you have tried it, it just makes sense. The main living areas have Boticino marble flooring which has this way of staying cool during those hotter Cyprus afternoons. A little thing that makes a big difference when you kick your shoes off. Plus, there is a Lutron automation system, so you can set your lights or even adjust the mood from the sofa. It just feels easy. The services here are probably what you would expect from a five star hotel. Someone is always at the doorman station. Security and room service actually run all day and night, which ends up becoming something you take for granted in the best way. The drop off area is handy if you come home with groceries or shopping bags. For relaxing, there is a residents club where people actually seem to meet their neighbors for real. I have seen families using the gaming room and the kids always seem to have something to do. Tennis and golf are both here for those days you want to hit a few balls or just move around a little more. There is even a cosmetic clinic and a salon, which makes things easy if you are the type that likes everything under one roof. You are in Limassol, so the lifestyle feels sunny and easygoing. Your morning coffee or fresh bread is just a short walk away. Sometimes, I have noticed people just standing and talking outside long after dark. When the coast lights up in the evening, you get this breeze coming in, and you suddenly remember why you have always liked the Mediterranean. If you are looking for a three bedroom apartment in Limassol that feels like more than just a spot to sleep, Olympic Resort might be the place. The only way you will know for sure is by wandering through it yourself. If you want to have a look, or just talk through details, feel free to reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com, we always try to make the next step feel a little easier and a lot more comfortable.

Contemporary 3 Bedroom Apartment in Olympic Resort, Limassol

Some homes just slow you down as soon as you walk in. Standing up here on the sixteenth floor at The Icon in Limassol, you get that odd feeling where everything outside the windows looks almost too perfect to be real. I watched the light stretch across the Mediterranean Sea for a minute and honestly forgot about my phone buzzing in my pocket. Hard not to when you see this kind of sea view, blue water going way past the city with just a hint of a yacht sliding along the horizon. This is a real two bedroom apartment. Not just for show. The first thing you notice is the honest sense of space because the entryway has that soft welcome. It is not tight or formal like you find in some newer towers. Here, the living room just opens right up with glass running from floor to ceiling so even if you are making coffee or just checking your emails you are always surrounded by that sea. Sometimes you might want to just stand by these windows and watch how the weather moves in from out over the Mediterranean. Even on a quiet day you will notice something always changing out there. The balcony here is something worth talking about. It wraps around two sides of the apartment just like you hope, and it feels every bit as big as it sounds. I tried one of the chairs and instantly pictured a few friends laughing here on a breezy Saturday evening. There is nothing at all between you and the sunset colors. Feels just right for little gatherings or even just reading outside when the city is taking a break. Plenty of places say they have a sea view but this, honestly, is something very different almost like standing on the deck of a ship except you have all your comforts and peace. The kitchen feels like somewhere you would actually want to cook. Sometimes kitchens look pretty for the pictures but do not make sense for everyday living. This one is proper with marble and wood finishes that manage to look even better in person. The island is nice and wide, big enough to eat breakfast at or just chat while someone is cooking. Soft close on the cabinets is always a luxury little detail you notice and all the appliances are full size and ready if you like to cook. Even if you just want to heat up leftovers it feels natural for day to day life here. You know what I noticed about the bedrooms The whole boxed in feeling just is not there. Both rooms sit on the west side so you get a slightly different light in the afternoon. The master suite gives you a walk in closet that actually fits more than a few shirts which you will really appreciate after living in smaller places. The ensuite bathroom is finished with proper marble so nothing flashy just a clean space where the fixtures really do what they need to do. The second bedroom can easily work for hosting weekend guests or switching into a proper home office if you are working from home. Every room gets that calming view over Limassol and the sea. The Icon as a building is hard to ignore if you ever drive near the Limassol promenade. It rises up, a bit futuristic but still feels homely. This is really somewhere people live not only visit once a year. Residents get the kind of perks you hope for from a luxury Limassol apartment. There is an infinity pool that feels like it spills into the sea itself and if you like tennis there is a court which is honestly a rare thing this close to the coast. Concierge service feels friendly and personal and the gym is well equipped so you might actually want to use it. There is even a yoga club right here so you are not running around the city for your classes. You will notice the beachfront is right there, steps away, and some of the best cafes in Limassol are within a short walk. Makes every morning feel just a bit better. So you really feel how this apartment at The Icon in Limassol could be a true home. The light, the flow of the rooms and all those quiet details just come together in a good way. The only way to know if it feels right is just to walk through for yourself. Reach out any time if you want to visit or just talk things through. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your next move in Limassol to feel comfortable from the start.
