Community Guide: Jumeirah Park
Residential communities in Dubai hold a unique charm - many of them are located a short drive away from the city’s busiest districts, yet they are cleverly designed to be hidden away from the rush and the noise, offering you a lush green oasis instead. One such community is Jumeirah Park, a tranquil villa neighbourhood named for the beautiful landscaped spaces that surround each of its homes.

The Homes
As far as standalone villa communities in Dubai are concerned, Jumeirah Park is one of the largest. There are over 3,000 villas in total, available in a choice of Mediterranean-inspired architectural styles with three to five-bedroom layouts. Additionally, there is a cluster of 137 contemporary townhouses known as Jumeirah Park Homes that is under development.
The villas range in size from roughly 4,000 sq ft to 5,500 sq ft, sitting on large plots that can measure as much as nearly 11,000 sq ft in size. If you have a growing family that needs plenty of space, this community is a great option.

There are four different styles of villas in Jumeirah Park, some of which offer two types of layouts. There is the Small layout, which has a built-up area of 3,063 sq ft, and the Large layout, which is 3,527 sq ft and adds in an upstairs family room.
Heritage
The Heritage style is inspired by the traditional architecture of the Emirates, giving it a modern spin with full-height windows and wide open living spaces. It features three-bedroom Large villas.
Legacy
The Legacy villas have a Mediterranean style design that comprises terracotta roofs and mosaic tiled interior elements, given a contemporary twist. They are available in three-bedroom (Small and Large), four-bedroom and five-bedroom layouts.

Legacy Nova
Much like the Legacy villas, Legacy Nova features a Mediterranean-inspired design with some contemporary elements, such as a window above the foyer area to let in plenty of light. These villas are only available in 4-bedroom layouts.
Regional
The Regional villas primarily have a Middle Eastern design influence, but add in elements of European and contemporary design to create something wholly unique. They offer three to five-bedroom layouts, with the three-beds having a Small or Large option.
Jumeirah Park Homes
Jumeirah Park Homes, the newest addition to Jumeirah Park is made up of 137 four-bedroom townhouses with a gorgeous contemporary design style.

The Lifestyle
The homes at Jumeirah Park offer plenty of garden and yard space, but even beyond that, there are parks, playgrounds and landscaped walking trails that lend the community a unique character. It is a perfect space for families, whether it is a young couple starting a new chapter of our life, or a larger family looking for a long-term primary residence.

The Jumeirah Park Pavilion offers retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a variety of essential services. It has recently expanded to add a few more outlets as well. Coming up later this year is the Clubhouse, which will become the main recreational centre of the community. The Clubhouse will feature an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a nursery, a signature restaurant, and more. Residents can also head over to the neighbouring Jumeirah Islands Club, where they will enjoy fantastic facilities in a waterfront setting.
The community also has its own school - the Dubai British School - which provides a complete academic program from kindergarten through to high school. This also makes it very attractive for families, who don’t need to worry about their children’s educational needs in the slightest, knowing that they are in good hands. That being said, there are several well-known schools that are quite close at hand.

Connectivity
The community of Jumeirah Park benefits from a quiet location that provides seamless road connections to some of Dubai’s best schools and hospitals. Emirates International School at The Meadows, Arcadia School, Al Furjan British School, and others are just a few minutes’ drive away, as are several nurseries. In terms of healthcare, you have Mediclinic, Medicentres, HMS Clinic, Aster Clinic, among others. Right next door, you have two vibrant waterfront communities - Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Both of them offer plenty of options for dining, recreation, fitness and leisure.
This community also enjoys easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and to Mohammed bin Zayed Road, two major highways of the city, which in turn allows for easy commutes to other major districts. Dubai Marina, one of the city’s most famous leisure and entertainment destinations, is only a 10-minute drive away, and the beach is just a little bit further than that. Two championship golf clubs - Emirates Golf Club and the Address Montgomerie - are only 15 minutes away, and other key destinations such as Downtown Dubai and two international airports are less than half an hour away.
