2. Screen X by Reel Cinemas
One of the newest options available in Reel Cinemas at the Dubai Mall, Screen X is a one-of-a-kind concept where the screen is extended around to the side walls, resulting in a 270-degree view that puts you in the middle of the action at times. As there is only one screen at present, the film options are limited. But if you really want to immerse yourself in the latest action or adventure blockbuster, there is no better option. With 26 screens, it's a feast for movie-goers, thanks to mind-blowing technology, incredible audio, and the unique dine-in cinema experience. Just make sure to pick a seat at the back to make the most of the experience. Tickets start at AED 68.
3. Dine-In Cinema at Jebel Ali Recreation Club
This is the very first fully licensed cinema in the UAE. Located at the Jebel Ali Recreation Club, this is a bit more out of the way than the other options, but it does offer more privacy as well. With a menu crafted by American celebrity chef Guy Fieri, you can expect comfort food that is big on flavour. The movie ticket includes a starter and main course for AED 160, with desserts and beverages available separately.

VIP viewing experiences don’t get much better than The Platinum Plus option at Roxy Cinemas, available at both the City Walk and The Beach at JBR locations. You can wait for your friends to arrive in the private lounge before heading over to the screening rooms and settle into one of the gorgeous leather recliners. All of the chairs are well-spaced out so you will have plenty of legroom and no chance of being disturbed by neighbouring viewers. There is a call button for at-your-seat service and a full range of snacks and a la carte dishes to make this the ultimate evening out.
