Some homes just sort of stop you in your tracks before you even realise it. This five bedroom villa in The Mansions at Jumeirah Islands caught me that way. It is one of those places that gives you space to breathe right from the moment you pull up through the private gate and onto the stone driveway. The landscaping is all neat and green. Sometimes you even catch the sun peeking in the leaves while you walk up. I took my time before going in. You can just feel there is a lot of home behind those doors.

Step into the entrance and you might do what I did. Slow down, take it in.
