Security is always around but never in your face so that part feels comfortable too. Plus having the parking sorted means no headaches on busy days.

Walking around the community here is one of those small pleasures. You are within easy reach of all the cafes and shops at the Harbour Promenade. That takes the edge off daily errands. Sometimes you will catch neighbors chatting or folks bringing home groceries at sunset. It has a lived in, family friendly feel that is hard to force in these newer places. Downtown Dubai is not far at all if you need bigger shopping or just want a change of scene. Access by car is simple, but honestly, you might find yourself preferring to walk a lot.
