The Homes
As far as standalone villa communities in Dubai are concerned, Jumeirah Park is one of the largest. There are over 3,000 villas in total, available in a choice of Mediterranean-inspired architectural styles with three to five-bedroom layouts. Additionally, there is a cluster of 137 contemporary townhouses.
The Lifestyle
The homes at Jumeirah Park offer plenty of garden and yard space, but even beyond that, there are parks, playgrounds and landscaped walking trails that lend the community a unique character. It is a perfect space for families, whether it is a young couple starting a new chapter of our life, or a larger family looking for a long-term primary residence.
Connectivity
The community of Jumeirah Park benefits from a quiet location that provides seamless road connections to some of Dubai’s best schools and hospitals. Emirates International School at The Meadows, Arcadia School, Al Furjan British School, and others are just a few minutes’ drive away, as are several nurseries. In terms of healthcare, you have Mediclinic, Medicentres, HMS Clinic, Aster Clinic, among others. Right next door, you have two vibrant waterfront communities - Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Both of them offer plenty of options for dining, recreation, fitness and leisure.
