Dubai operates a private healthcare system and employers are obligated to provide insurance coverage. Cover levels vary, as do the options to include dependents and family members. It is important to remember that not every medical facility accepts every insurance, so all patients should check their specific policy for a full list of inclusions/exclusions before making an appointment.
