1. Adrienne Arsht Center for Performing Arts

The Adrienne Arsht Center for Performing Arts was built a decade ago by distinguished architect Cesar Pelli, and ever since, the venue has been used extensively by musicians, and performing artists to delight audiences. As the largest performing arts center in Florida, the institution is well known for hosting touring Broadway productions, international ballet performers and Florida Grand Opera Productions. The performing arts center is located on 701 Brickell Avenue, south of Miami river.
2. Ball and Chain

Owing its unusual name to the history of Cuban diaspora in Miami, Ball and Chain is one of the most famous landmarks in the hispanic neighbourhood of Little Havana. Established way back in the 1930s, the Calle Ocho inspired place is a heaven for lovers of Latin music. The place is almost always stacked with live performances by celebrated salsa, jazz and soul artists. On the side, patrons can indulge in an exotic mix of tacos, mojitos and mariquitas. 3. FTX Arena

Home to NBA Championship outfit Miami Heat, FTX arena hosts concerts from world-famous artists all year long. Renowned acts such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Madonna, Taylor Swift make regular pit stops at the arena. The 20,000 seater arena also has a state-of-the-art Waterfront Theater, which can accommodate up to 6000 people and is used to host cultural events, family shows, and visual art performances. FTX Arena was inaugurated in 1999 by none other than Gloria Estefan with one of her trademark performances. The arena is located on the Biscayne Boulevard strip.
4. New World Center

New World Center was developed by acclaimed architect Frank Gehry; with acoustics developed by Yasuhisa Toyota. The venue is home to the New World Symphony, America’s largest orchestral academy, under the leadership of Grammy award-winning Michael Tilson Thomas. This bold waterfront concert hall can house up to 700 guests at a time. In addition to the musical performances, visitors can gaze at the incredible Miami Beach Art Deco skyline, nestled beautifully between the dramatic ocean and views of the bay. New World Center is located in South Beach near Lincoln Road.
5. Las Rosas

Miami is well known for its vibrant nightlife - with indulgence in music and food favourite pastimes of people. Las Rosas is one of those spots that combines the two together with pomp. The place offers delicious Hispanic and European cuisine and quite a few fancy drinks in the backdrop of live music. The bar’s walls are adorned with murals of iconic rock stars such as Kurt Cobain and Elvis Pressley, with 7-10 shows held every week. The venue comprises four distinct areas: the main front room with a bar, a photo booth, and a pool table; a corridor area with an additional bar; a back room with a well-sized stage and DJ booth, and an outside patio for sitting under the stars. Las Rosas can be found in the neighbourhood of Allapattah.
