Only three months into the year and we have already seen the launch of several beautiful off-plan projects. Ranging from beachfront apartments to golf course villas and one very intriguing new residential development, these are the new off-plan launches in 2018 that we will be keeping our eyes on.
Developed by Emaar, Beach Vista is a high-rise residential project located in Emaar Beachfront, a dynamic lifestyle destination that will form part of the upcoming Dubai Harbour.
With a chic Miami-inspired design, Beach Vista comprises two beautiful towers overlooking the most breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The glass-fronted façade of the buildings will enhance the views from each residence will also creating a bright, airy living space. As one might expect from the name, it offers residents their own private beach, along with other premium amenities located along its six-level podium.
Golf Place offers an exclusive set of four to six-bedroom villas alongside a championship 18-hole golf course, located inside the beautiful Dubai Hills Estate.
Available in three architectural styles – Elegant, Modern and Contemporary – these beautiful homes all feature two kitchens and spectacular marble flooring.
