Tim, who is part of our Arabian Ranches team, started his career in property development over 4 years ago. He has worked for one of the biggest developers in the UK, progressing to senior roles within the company.

Organised and meticulous with great attention to detail, Tim likes to get a thorough understanding of what his clients need and determine exactly what he can offer them in terms of solutions. He is quite tenacious and does not give up on a deal until all options have been exhausted.

Tim is very much a team player and enjoys the dynamic of working in a group to achieve both individual and shared success. His exceptional people skills allow him to be a trusted advisor who can build strong relationships with clients.

Outside of the office, Tim enjoys adrenaline-packed activities such as water sports and karting. He also loves to play and watch football.
