He started his career as an apprentice leasing negotiator, working his way up to a senior leasing specialist. Rhys holds leasing and property management certifications from the United Kingdom.

He is very much a people person and has a particular knack for negotiation that has been built up over the years. Driven to succeed, Rhys always pushes himself to go the extra mile for his clients and does not let up until he has turned the deal in their favour.

A fitness enthusiast, Rhys spends a fair amount of time at the gym in his off hours and also tries to play football as often as he can.
