Mariana forms part of our Dubai Marina/JBR advisory team, with an extensive background in sales and hospitality management – she has been actively involved in real estate over the past 9 years, starting out by leasing homes for friends and family.

She has worked in her native Mexico and in China as part of the tourism and hospitality industries. This experience has helped her to hone her customer management skills and to expose her to a multicultural working environment. She has also worked in a management role, where her role was more focused on analysing the market and developing new strategies.

One of Mariana’s biggest strengths is her creativity – she always thinks a bit outside the box to try and find the best solutions for her clients. This is also part of the ‘customer first’ mindset that she has developed over time.

Mariana is an artist at heart – she loves going to art exhibitions, painting, playing the piano and going to concerts. She also enjoys watching movies and documentaries, and she does a lot of volunteer work.
