Some homes just have a certain calm when you arrive before you even make it to the front door. This four bedroom villa in Villanova, part of the La Rosa neighborhood over in Dubai Land, gave me that feeling straight away. It sits quietly at the end of its row and actually it feels just a little bit more secluded than most places you'll come across which somehow helps you slow down and breathe out after a long day. I stood in the front garden for a second and honestly you could hear the birds and not much else.

Pools that actually get used parks and playgrounds scattered close by so you are minutes walk from one no matter where your home sits. Security is well managed you see the team around but they do not get in your way. Schools are not far off so mornings are not a scramble and if you ever need a quick coffee or grab something for dinner there's always a local spot or little grocery no big fuss.
