3 bedroom villa in Topanga

Sometimes when you walk into a place you just know it feels right. This three bedroom villa in Topanga, Damac Hills gave me that feeling straight away. There is something about the way the sunlight comes in through the windows and lands across the main living space. People talk about tranquillity and comfort and I honestly think you really feel it here. Maybe it is the way the open plan living and dining area just flows together. There is enough space to spread out or even have folks over for dinner without anything feeling crowded. While I was there I kept imagining a quiet morning with coffee while everything outside was still calm. 

The kitchen is something I noticed straight away as well. Not just a place for show but actually somewhere you could truly cook a family meal. Storage everywhere you look and decent appliances too. It just feels easy. Sometimes you see kitchens and wonder if anybody ever uses them but this one, I could almost smell pancakes and fresh bread if you know what I mean. Plus, it opens up to the rest of the house. So you would not be tucked away if you are making snacks for the kids or chatting with friends at the same time. 

Upstairs you find all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom so you get a bit of privacy and honestly the walk in closet is bigger than you might expect. Enough space for clothes and those shoes that always seem to pile up. The two other bedrooms are just across the hall from each other. They share a bathroom which is just simple and clean with lots of light. You will notice how quiet it is upstairs too. I stopped and opened a window for a second and could actually hear birds from the nearby park. 

There is also a study room here. That can be handy if anyone needs to work from home or has school assignments or just wants a little corner for focus. Some people turn these into hobby rooms or even a small library. There is nothing fussy about it but sometimes you need that extra space for things that do not belong in the bedrooms or living area. 

Now the garden out back is one of my favorite parts. Nothing too big but definitely big enough for a few chairs or a long table if you have friends over. You could put down a rug and lay under the stars or just have a barbecue on a weekend. Some evenings you can hear neighbours chatting and kids riding their bikes past. The grass is already in and you can always spot a bird or two in the mornings. 

Living in Damac Hills honestly makes things pretty easy. You are close to parks and spaces to walk or even try some tennis or golf if you are into that. The community centre is a quick stroll away so you have got coffee spots and a few shops that carry the essentials. Schools are nearby as well. Most mornings you will see parents walking with their kids in school uniforms and sometimes there is even a bus that comes to the end of the street. Doctors and a proper clinic are just a few minutes by car. Everyone here seems to know each other just a bit but people also respect their space so you never have to worry about feeling crowded. 

The villa is set within the Topanga part of Damac Hills which has its own quieter vibe. Even on busy days you can find a little corner to relax. Parking here is not a worry. And getting in or out of the community is always straightforward. I walked around just to see what was happening and you will probably notice a mix of families and people who like being close to the action but still want peace when they get home.
