Springs 15, The Springs
Some places just sort of hit pause on the day when you step inside. This two bedroom villa in Springs 15 is like that. I walked in when the sun was coming through the big windows and just found myself watching the water in the lake out back for a minute. There is something really calming about this spot in Emirates Living. Even the air felt a little slower somehow. It does not feel like the usual Dubai rush at all and the sense of peace is just honest.
So the villa itself is fresh and empty now just waiting for someone to give it some life. The built up area is one thousand seven hundred ninety four square feet so it is not cramped at all and the plot is two thousand five hundred and four square feet. That actually gives you room for a proper garden out back not just a tiny patch of green. You can actually sit outside and not feel like you are on top of your neighbor. I guess that is one of the best things about villas in the Springs community. While walking from the living area out toward the sliding glass doors the view just opened right up. It is all about that lake here. Some mornings you just want to come down barefoot and grab your coffee and step outside. I stood there and watched a couple of ducks for a while and honestly you almost forget you are in Dubai at all. It is not a bad way to start the day.
Inside this villa it actually feels real. Nothing too formal so you do not have to tiptoe around. The open plan ground floor connects the kitchen, dining and lounge into one sunny space so whether someone is cooking or working at the table you are all together. The kitchen honestly looks like somewhere you would make a meal from scratch not just heat up leftovers. You get lots of sunlight through the windows especially in the afternoon and the overall feeling is just laid back. Sometimes you do not even need to turn the lights on during the day and that is always good for the mood. It just feels easy to be in here.
Heading upstairs you have two bedrooms and both give you plenty of space to breathe. The main bedroom is the one you will probably want. It has its own bathroom which is handy for when you want to actually have some quiet time. The real highlight though is the balcony. I went out and leaned on the railing for a minute just to take it all in. You get a clear view right over the lake and the garden so it feels private. On a cool evening or maybe early on a weekend morning it would be a great spot to just sit with your tea and listen to the birds. The second bedroom is more flexible could be for a guest or maybe set up as a home office which a lot of people are looking for these days. Built in wardrobes in both bedrooms make life easier storage is sorted.
Honestly what caught my attention was how usable the garden is here. Not all properties in Dubai give you actual outdoor space worth spending time in but this one does. I could see friends round for a barbecue or just kids running around after school. There is room to plant a few flowers or herbs if that is your thing. When I was there, I saw a few people out for walks and some kids on bikes. There is just something about the Springs community that feels like a neighborhood. It is really green all around which gives it a softer vibe than a lot of Dubai.
Location wise it is easy living in The Springs. You have good supermarkets just down the road and the local coffee shop is always close which is important if you like a morning walk to get your day started. Schools are very close too so families do not have to stress about school runs. If you work in Marina or JLT it is a short drive and transport connections are easy. Sometimes you can just leave the car at home and walk to the park or head over to the pool with the kids. I even saw a little group doing yoga under the trees when I visited. You get real community stuff here.
The villa is vacant and just ready for you now. Honestly the only way to tell if Springs 15 is the right bit of Emirates Living for you is to come and see how it feels. If you want to ask anything or just want to come have a walk through give a call or drop a message any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want to help you find a home that makes sense for your life.
