Springs 11, The Springs
Some homes just have a certain ease about them as soon as you walk in. This three bedroom villa in Springs 11 kind of does that. The first time I came by it was extra quiet in the neighbourhood and I could hear birds from the garden as soon as I stepped through the front door. Something about Springs 11 feels a bit tucked away even though you are pretty close to The Springs community centre and the supermarkets. For families or honestly anyone who wants a calm start and end to their day this is probably one of the better spots in Dubai right now.
The villa is vacant so you really get to take it in with your own ideas straight away. When you first come inside there is this feeling of openness between the living room and dining space. I see a lot of villas where the rooms feel a bit boxed off but here everything just flows. You imagine a bunch of friends sitting around laughing or maybe your kids chasing each other around the sofa while you try to set the table. Plus there are these wide windows looking out onto the garden. I stopped here for a bit just listening and you get this sense that life could slow down a notch here.
The kitchen is decent size and it actually feels like somewhere you would cook for real not just heat up delivery. There is space for a big fridge the sort you fill up for the week and still have space for snacks. You can see out to the garden from the kitchen sink so doing the dishes is not exactly a chore. And if you like grilling or want a herb pot or two just outside it all works naturally together.
Moving upstairs the bedrooms are cozy but not cramped and each one feels pretty private. The master suite is probably where you will notice the difference. Picture plenty of light in the morning through those windows wardrobes that actually do fit your clothes with space for shoes and a bathroom you do not have to share. The other two bedrooms are tucked away and they are proper bedrooms not just the extra box rooms you sometimes find in this area. It matters when your kids get older or you have a guest staying a while. Each one could be an office or playroom too if you do not fill them all.
The outside area is honestly my favourite part. There is this landscaped garden that feels peaceful even before any of your own touches. If you like a bit of breakfast outside in the winter months this is the place. Sometimes you will see kids riding bikes along the paths or neighbours walking their dogs in the mornings. And on weekends you can always hear someone with a barbecue or the sound of laughter from one of the communal pools nearby.
Living in The Springs especially in Springs 11 has its perks. You really are never more than a couple of minutes from a park or a playground. The communal pools are great for a quick swim after work and you will see people out jogging in the evenings. Even day to day stuff just feels easy. Schools are not far at all and road access means getting anywhere else in Dubai is about as simple as it gets. You have got big shopping centres fairly close so picking up dinner ingredients or meeting a friend for coffee is never a hassle.
Honestly if you want somewhere that feels like an actual home not just a rental this three bedroom villa in Springs 11 stands out. It is well maintained empty so you can imagine your own furniture here and the community just seems to have a good atmosphere day to day.
The only way to see if it feels right is to come by and have a walk through for yourself. If you have questions or want to book a viewing just let me know. Here at LuxuryProperty.com we try to make finding your next place as comfortable as living in it.
