Some places just have that way of slowing your thoughts as soon as you open the door and step inside. This is one of those homes. This four bedroom villa in Sidra Villas inside Dubai Hills Estate gave me that same feeling. Maybe it is something about the light when you walk in. The whole ground floor opens out in this easygoing way. One minute you are looking at the living room and the next you are glancing out to your own private garden. Honestly you can look out at that green space for ages without feeling the need to check your phone. Everything feels a bit softer somehow.

The golf course is a nice thing to have nearby even if you are not a player. I have seen plenty of people just walking the tracks in the evenings. There are parks tucked around everywhere. Sometimes you see families biking together or just taking their dogs out. Schools are nearby and honestly there are enough cafes and groceries that you do not really feel far from anything you need. But at the same time your street stays pretty calm which is rare with a city growing this fast.

With three thousand five hundred twenty three square feet built area you really notice how much breathing room there is. The plot itself is even bigger so you are not squashed right against your neighbors either. It does not feel like just another villa in a huge community. It sits easy.
