3 bedroom villa in Maple At Dubai Hills Estate

Some homes just make you feel at ease when you step in. It happened to me walking into this three bedroom villa in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate. I am honestly not always the person who slows down and soaks up a place but with this one I lingered in the entrance for a second or two just looking at the living room. Natural light coming in from several angles and the ceilings do not press in on you at all. There is just a calm in here you do not find in every home.

This villa is right in the middle of what people mean when they talk about Dubai Hills Estate being a true community. Out the front you see greenery and you will probably start recognizing the same families going for walks after school or on weekends. Some kids are always going by on their bikes or scooters. And you notice pretty quickly that this place is well kept not just by the owner but the whole neighborhood. It never feels stuffy though. In fact the pathways between the Maple villas sort of give everyone their own little corner and at the same time you can wave to a neighbor if you like.

Downstairs feels proper and open. There is a good flow from your front hall into the living and dining space so you can catch up with someone cooking and still see what is happening in the living room. The kitchen is actually nice to be in. It is not just for show. Lots of space on the counter and cabinets everywhere so you can keep things tucked away. Plus all the appliances you would hope for are there and they feel modern too. There is this breakfast counter where you just know friends will end up standing at every time they come over.

Upstairs is a bit of a retreat. The bedrooms give you these little escapes. The master gets my vote as the one you would end up spending extra time in. You have an en suite bathroom that is big enough to get ready at your own pace without anyone bumping elbows with you. The private balcony is actually usable. It is not just for show. I stood there for a while and you can feel a breeze with a view over the community. Not a bad place to read quietly or just be outside without having to leave your room.

The other two bedrooms work well too and have enough space for homework desks or a bit of play if you have kids. Closets are fitted so you get a neat space and not piles of things in corners. There is another bathroom upstairs that means people can easily share without waiting. And when friends come by or you want an extra room for hobbies the layout just makes sense.

The villa is just a short walk to the community pool. Sometimes you see families going down in the morning or after work. The pool area gets a bit lively on weekends but during the week you might pretty much have it to yourself. The landscaping is well done around there and sometimes you end up taking longer walks than you meant to just because it is peaceful. And I always like that the sounds are more birds and trees than traffic.

You also have those classic Dubai Hills Estate things like quick walks to the big park or the mall around the corner for a coffee or groceries. Schools and clinics are not far so life just runs smoothly. It feels like everything you need is nearby and you do not have to plan ahead days in advance.

Honestly sometimes you almost forget your phone here. It just feels easy. The place is spotless and move-in ready so you do not have to think about fixing things or redecorating from day one.
