Some places just feel different as soon as you open the door. This four bedroom villa in Jumeirah Luxury at Jumeirah Golf Estates is one of those. I was inside for only a few minutes and I already felt a little slower and honestly kind of peaceful. Maybe it's just the way the light falls through the big windows or how open everything feels. Plus, you get the bonus of always having a little more peace than in busier parts of Dubai. Grocery runs are never far and you will find a few good spots for coffee or a quiet breakfast just around the corner. Sometimes you see neighbours stopping to chat in the morning and honestly it just feels like a proper community.

The price is at 450,000 AED for rent which, considering all that you have with the space, the design, and the lifestyle here, really does make sense for this area of Dubai.
