Grocery and coffee are both a few minutes away if you need to pick stuff up or want a morning walk.

This place comes unfurnished so you get to make it your own from the start. With five thousand square feet of living space inside and a seven thousand square foot plot there is no shortage of space to put your own stamp on it. And since it is for rent at two million AED it might make sense for families looking to settle into Palm Jumeirah before deciding on a forever home.
