Entertainment Foyer, European Clusters, Jumeirah Islands
Sometimes you step into a place and it just feels a bit easier to breathe. That is exactly what happened the first time I visited this four bedroom villa in the European Clusters at Jumeirah Islands. You come in through the main doors and there is this quiet sort of calm that comes over you. The sun hits the floor in all the right places and the ceilings are nice and high so you do not ever feel boxed in. I actually stood by the window for a while just watching the afternoon slip by out over the garden. It is the kind of house where you imagine people laughing around the dining table and where every bedroom honestly feels like a proper place to hide away when you need a break.
The bedrooms are honestly quite big and everyone gets their own bathroom so no fighting for the shower in the morning. Each comes with built in wardrobes so you have less to worry about on move in day. The kitchen feels like somewhere you would actually want to cook up a proper dinner not just order takeout. The appliances are all right there and feel new and the counters seem to go on forever. Even if you are just making a big pot of coffee on a lazy weekend morning with the window open you will love how the light comes in. Every time I visit I think I should try making something a bit more ambitious here than instant noodles.
You get this lovely feeling of space. The whole plot is massive really and even though you are in Dubai it feels like you have your own little world. I like how the living room opens up to the garden and the pool is just kind of inviting you in on those super hot days. The garden is landscaped so it is green but it does not seem like it would be a pain to look after. You could actually throw a barbecue or just lay out in the sun with a book. Sometimes you almost forget your phone for a bit and just listen to the birds for a while. You will notice the finishes right away glossy floors and clean lines and it all feels put together in a way that is easy to live with and keeps things feeling just a touch fancy but not in a way that makes you nervous about putting your feet on the sofa.
Since it is in the European Clusters you are part of what I would honestly call one of the more peaceful spots in Jumeirah Islands. Evenings seem especially quiet except for the sounds from the water sometimes and you often see a few families taking walks. There is a gym around the corner if you want to keep active or a quick swim in the community pool if you ever want a change from your own. I like that the clubhouse is close by and has its own café so you do not always need to think about breakfast at home. Security is pretty much always around so you never have to worry much about safety which makes it easy to actually relax.
You are not far from Sheikh Zayed Road but honestly you would not know it when you are here. Dubai Marina is ten minutes away or thereabouts if you need a quick coffee run or want the beach for the day. Schools supermarkets and shopping are all surprisingly close but it always feels tucked away somehow like you have left the city proper and found this quiet spot for yourself.
The place is offered unfurnished so you get to put your own stamp on every room which always makes it feel more like home. The rent is one million a year which reflects the space and the fact that you do not really need to compromise on anything here. You can walk out to your garden anytime you want.
The only real way to get a sense of what it feels like is to come see it in person. Sometimes you just know the minute you step inside. If you want a look or even just have a few questions let me know. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we try to keep things as comfortable as possible so your next place does not just look nice but actually feels right too.
