7 bedroom villa in Dubai Hills

Some places just make you stop for a second when you walk in. That happens with this seven bedroom villa in Fairways Villas at Dubai Hills Estate. I remember standing just inside the door and it was one of those mornings where the sun really moves across the tiles. You just sort of pause and let yourself look around for a bit. There's a lot you can take in here but nothing feels too much. The first thing you'll probably notice is how much breathing room you get overall. The built up area is actually over ninety two hundred square feet which means you do not have to worry about the family feeling cramped or tripping over someone's forgotten shoes. 

This villa just feels right for a large family or for anyone who likes having friends around a lot. Living in Dubai Hills Estate means the best bits of Dubai are always within easy reach. The community itself has everything sorted out. The schools are known for being reliable, shopping is honestly pretty easy, and some of my favorite places to pick up dinner are just a short drive. I have even seen young families out biking around the green spaces in the evenings. So if you are the sort who wants peace at home but still wants to be able to get out quickly, it covers both bases really well.

I will just say that it is not one of those villas where you have to imagine too much or fill in the blanks. Even parking is sorted with space for four cars which keeps everyone happy. The pool outside almost makes every weekend feel like a holiday at home. You do not have to go anywhere for the kids or guests to have a good time.
