Cherrywoods, Dubai Land
Some places just feel like a fresh start the moment you walk in. That is the sense I got stepping into this three bedroom villa in Cherrywoods, Dubailand. It is completely brand new and you can sort of sense that newness in every room. The sun came through these huge windows in the living room while I was standing there and honestly, it made me stop for a minute. Bright day outside but even with the doors closed you could hear a little bit of the breeze. It is oddly peaceful for somewhere so well connected to the rest of Dubai.
The villa sits right on the green belt so there is this gentle stretch of landscaped garden wrapping around the back. Not just a patch of grass or some quick shrubs either. I could see a couple of birds poking around and a neighbor further down already setting up a spot for outdoor lunches. The way the garden wraps along makes it feel private but also open enough that your mornings or evenings out there will not feel boxed in. A few families were out for walks when I visited and it made me think this part of Cherrywoods is quite friendly but quiet too. Sometimes you even hear the faint sound of kids riding their bikes in the distance.
Inside, the tone is light and modern but not cold. The kitchen actually looks like somewhere you could cook a proper meal, not just reheat take out. It is got a good amount of storage, so you will not run out of space for cookware or groceries. I noticed the appliances are all new and fit right in with the cabinets. Plus, the layout lets you chat with someone sitting in the living room while you are making breakfast or dinner. No one stuck away from the family just because they are on kitchen duty.
The living room itself feels bigger than you expect and has just the right amount of natural light all day. In the afternoon, it gets this golden glow that is nice for lazy weekends or just relaxing with a book. If you are into movies or game nights, there is enough wall space to set up a good size TV without crowding the room. And the flow between the living, dining, and garden space feels easy. No weird corners or tight walkways.
Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms is its own little retreat. The master bedroom is set up so you have a bit of privacy away from the other rooms, and there is an ensuite bathroom that feels almost spa like sometimes. The shower is especially nice with enough room to move around without bumping your elbows. The other two bedrooms share a good size bathroom. Honestly, they do not feel like afterthoughts. You could easily use one as a study or guest room if that fits your lifestyle. You will also find plenty of wardrobes so storage is sorted. There is a separate maids room too with its own ensuite, not stuck in some hidden corner but actually decent enough that it feels respectful.
Cherrywoods itself is kind of special because it manages to be both tucked away and super accessible at the same time. When I left, I barely noticed the drive back to main Dubai roads. There is a sense that you are in your own pocket of the city away from busy crowds. You get a choice of shared amenities like the community swimming pool where you see a mix of families and couples, a gym that overlooks some greenery, and a children's play area that is surprisingly well equipped. Weekend mornings here usually bring the soft smell of coffee from one of the neighborhood cafes and evenings are pretty laid back.
With 1937 square feet of built up space and a matching plot area, it feels roomy instead of oversized. Everything is fresh, never lived in, so you would be the first to settle in and make it yours. The rent is set at one hundred sixty-five thousand dirhams which, considering the location and what you get, feels about right for Cherrywoods Dubai Land.
Honestly, photos are nice but they just do not compare to the sense you get walking through. If you have questions or want to take your time seeing how it fits you, reach out anytime.
