The Address Residence Fountain Views 1, The Address Residence Fountain Views, Downtown Dubai
Some places in Dubai just have a bit of magic the second you walk in. That is how it felt for me stepping into this two bedroom apartment at The Address Residence Fountain Views in Downtown. You open the door and it is just calm straight away. The city is always moving down below but up here it is your own little quiet space and you cannot help but slow down a little and look at those views. Honestly if you love Downtown, it is hard to beat this spot.
The apartment is spread out nicely. You walk into an open plan living and dining area that pulls you right toward the balcony. Even if you have seen the Burj Khalifa before, it still makes you pause when you catch it framed right there across the blue of the fountains. At sunset the whole space gets this golden glow and you see the lights flicker on at the Dubai Mall below. I had a moment just leaning on the railing watching the city do its thing and it made me think you would never get tired of this view.
Step back inside and you will see that everything is well put together but not too precious, it feels liveable. The kitchen wraps around from the living area and has all your appliances tucked away so you can actually cook or just make a late night snack without any fuss. There is even a proper coffee set up so mornings are easy. You might actually want to spend time in here rather than just picking up takeout from the mall downstairs. The semi closed feel means you get a bit of privacy if you are entertaining but you are never cut off from your guests or family.
On the other side of the apartment the two bedrooms feel private and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the city. Both have their own walk in closets, so you will have space for all the shopping you are almost guaranteed to do with the Dubai Mall so close. The master suite has its own balcony, which is a treat for early tea or winding down at night. With the en suite baths and deep tubs, sometimes you feel like you are staying at a resort rather than home. And the guest bathroom is really handy for when friends drop by.
Laundry is tucked out of the way, which is such a small thing but one of those things you will appreciate if you have ever lived in an apartment without it. You will also notice the little details here, like the marble and the soft lighting in the corridors. And honestly, it is impossibly easy to keep things tidy because there is storage exactly where you want it.
One of the best things here is how it is all just uncomplicated. All the bills are included, from wifi to air con. You get all the perks of a serviced apartment so no worrying when something needs fixing. The building itself feels like a hotel but with the warmth of a real home. You have the infinity pool where you see families swimming and often people just lounging with coffee in the morning. There is a gym, plus a yoga studio that always seems to catch the best light. The basketball court gets some good games in the evenings. If you have kids, there is a club and their own pool and playground where you hear them laughing after school.
Step out the elevator and you are already connected to Dubai Mall. It sounds simple but not dragging your shopping bags for blocks is underrated. You can walk to Burj Khalifa and the Opera House or just stroll around on weekends, the whole city is right there and still you get to disappear into your own space at the end of the day. Sometimes I saw kids biking outside or couples shopping for groceries at the little store beneath the building. On movie nights the cinema is a minute away. Everything about Downtown Dubai life is built in.
You can see photos and floorplans but you never really get the sense of ease this apartment has until you stand here and take it in for yourself. I could tell you more but the only way to know if it is right for you is to come see it. So if you want to look around or just have a couple of questions, let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we are always here to help make things feel as simple and comfortable as possible.
