You will find cafés everywhere and sometimes the smell of fresh bread from those bakeries wafts all the way up. Bluewaters Island is also right nearby and there is a neat little footbridge so you do not even have to jump in the car. Evenings are lively with people cycling or just sitting on benches watching the world go by. The grocery is nearby too so you are not running across town for basics.

I could see someone bringing in a big comfy sofa or maybe keeping it minimal and open because there is so much natural light to play with.
