Soho Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah
Sometimes you walk into a place and it just makes you want to slow down for a bit. This two bedroom apartment at Soho Palm on Palm Jumeirah gave me that feeling when I stepped inside. The building itself sits right on the very edge of the Palm which means you catch the breeze almost as soon as you leave the lobby and you have to admit there is something about living so close to the water that almost makes every little thing feel easier.
The apartment is spread over one thousand five hundred thirty eight square feet and if you ask me honestly it feels even bigger than that because the layout is so open. The main living space really invites you in. You can imagine big windows letting in all that Dubai light and when you open up to the balcony you get a view that just makes you want to grab your morning coffee and stand there for a while. Sometimes when I come up here you spot seagulls out on the sand and if you listen carefully you can hear the water in the distance. It is the kind of view that makes you forget about your emails for a bit.
This home comes as a blank canvas since it is unfurnished which I think is the best way. There is no pressure to work around someone else's taste. You get to put your own stamp on it from the start. The kitchen is set up for actual living not just for show. There is plenty of space if you like to cook or even if you just want to order from one of the restaurants nearby. Actually, you will notice built in wardrobes in the bedrooms make it really easy to keep things tidy. The rooms themselves feel calm and private. It is one of those places where it is easy to imagine settling in for the long term.
One thing people forget about Palm Jumeirah is how much of a community vibe there actually is here. Sure it is a world famous address but when you walk around Soho Palm you see neighbors greeting each other and sometimes you notice families heading down for an evening walk on the private beach. That private beach access might be the easiest way to reset after a busy week. It is only a few moments walk from the apartment and sometimes when the sun is low the sand is almost empty. Not many places let you just step out and be at the water like this.
Soho Palm itself is not too big or flashy. Ten storeys high which sort of keeps things feeling friendly and manageable. There is a rooftop pool that gives you those big views over the Palm and the Marina. Up there at sunset it gets really peaceful. If you are into wellness, there is also a sauna and steam room so you can wind down after a day at work. Your car has its own dedicated parking spot downstairs so coming and going is super easy. Of course being in Palm Jumeirah means every good coffee shop and restaurant you could want is just a quick drive or even a short walk away depending on your mood. Plus the building was finished just a few years back so everything still feels modern and fresh.
Renting a place like this gives you the Palm lifestyle but in a really personal kind of way. You are not stuck with someone else's furniture or old style. The apartment is vacant and ready for you to move in whenever you want.
The thing is it is so hard to know from just reading about it. So if you are curious or maybe you just want to feel the place for yourself I always recommend a viewing. No pressure just see if the energy fits you. At LuxuryProperty.com we honestly just want you to feel at home wherever you end up.
