You step off the elevator, and straight away you notice the light. It is bright up here, high above the marina, and even before you get to the balcony you already get this wide open feeling just from the windows alone. The view just stretches out. Sometimes the water has that glassy look in the morning, and in the evenings you will catch boats coming and going down below.
