You can tell it's somewhere meant for living and not just passing through for a while. When I first walked into the living and dining space you really feel the height of those ceilings and how the light comes in from the big windows. It even made a gloomy day seem bright. You'll actually want to use the gym here, not just talk about it. There are steam and sauna rooms so if you're into relaxing or just need to unwind after work, you've got it sorted.

For families or anyone young at heart, there's a kids pool and play area and sometimes if you walk by in the evenings you see a few children riding their bikes or friends catching up around the entrance. The community is secure with covered parking and twenty four hour concierge so you don't need to worry, even if you get in late after dinner out. The staff are friendly—one of them told me about a great little coffee place that's just a short walk away.

Honestly, it just feels comfortable and easy here. You can walk to the Marina walk in just a couple of minutes or hit a restaurant or even head to the shops nearby. The Palm isn't far either and if you like running or just people watching, the place always has something going on.
